I couldn't imagine having a better experience than i did with Ameritribe!
They were on time (actually early) and they were able to complete a MAJOR floor repair at my home that had to be done on THE SAME DAY. From the Amber to Steve, to Eric- everyone I've worked with has been extremely friendly and dedicated to excellent customer service. If you need this type of service, look no further than Ameritribe.

Ameritribe was assigned to us by our homeowners insurance for mitigation services after an upstairs plumbing leak impacted both levels of our home. From the very beginning, they did a phenomenal and meticulous job with the mitigation. We were especially impressed by how respectful and careful the team was with our belongings.

Antoine led us through the mitigation process with professionalism and attention to detail. He made sure every question was answered and every concern was addressed. The consistency of having the same crew on-site each day made it much easier to trust the process and gave us peace of mind.

Adam, one of the younger crew members, stood out for his work ethic and skill. He was fantastic and clearly has a bright future ahead of him in the industry.

Following mitigation, we received multiple quotes for the restoration to include Ameritribe with Steve S as the project manager. We were impressed with Steve's knowledge of both the work and handling of insurance claims, so we ultimately chose to stay with Ameritribe and we’re so glad we did. We can’t say enough positive things about Steve and his communication, reliability, and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We had prepared ourselves for the typical contractor delays and lack of communication, but Steve exceeded our expectations with prompt, clear, and consistent updates.

Adam also continued with the restoration project and once again delivered excellent work. Steve remained attentive, guiding us through the entire claim process, and ensured everything stayed on track and communicated any barriers promptly. Like any large project, we experienced a few hiccups, but the key difference was how Steve handled them with honesty, transparency, and responsiveness.

The scope of work included the water mitigation, discovery and mitigation of asbestos, all-new flooring downstairs, a full bathroom remodel, repairs to several walls and ceilings, updated light fixtures, and a full kitchen renovation including cabinets, countertops, and a redesigned layout. We are absolutely thrilled with the results.

I do not know what I would have done without Robert Watson, the one in charge, and am truly saddened he will no longer be on my case. Kyro Builders crew showed up right on time. All were very respectful and professional. Foreman went over job with me & answered my questions. Crew worked steady, cleaned up as job progressed. Actually very quiet crew, no shouting back & forth. The workmanship was excellent. The final clean up was very thorough. They made sure that I was happy with everything before they left.
In the middle of job the Kyro Builders representative showed up to inspect the job & went over all photos from Foreman and answered all of my questions.
Upon completion of job the AmeriTribe representative came by to inspect the job & finalize the paperwork to that point.
What could have been very stressful and overwhelming for me went very smoothly and quickly. I give all of them a rating of Ten out of Five - they all went above & beyond.

Everyone here is extremely informative, I got some house improvements done to my home and they were affordable, polite, CLEAN, and extremely respectful towards my home.

They did a great job with communicating and letting me know every step of the process. Very professional and efficient when it comes to their work.

Discovered a strange smell underneath my vanity google recommended me the next day didn’t disappoint Super friendly and professional. We’re super fast with the process and understood my worries.

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I was working with Max project manager In which they was suppose to start the remodel of my home in a week to find out today they pulled themselves from the job without communicating with me. This is after a month are more of preparing to start. I found this out by trying to reach out to the protect manager about some documentation I requested several times with out response . I then decided to call the office and that’s how I found out , after them placing blame on my insurance stating they was from the claim since 6/19/23 of that was the case why did the protect manager call me to make sure everything was still on schedule 6/27/23.This company is pretty dishonest and unprofessional and really need to work on better communication.

When we felt that my in-laws were not being fairly priced or receiving exceptional service for a bathroom remodel project, we immediately called Amber at Ameritribe and she put her best guys Jonathan and Vinny on the task to come out. There were there within two days I believe, rather than weeks out like other contractors have been quoting during these times.

Not only were the guys professional and listened to my in-laws wishes and wants for the remodel, they priced it fairly for the work being done, and were far more reasonable than the several other contractors who bidded the work.

They are still in production on the job and I cannot wait to see the final product of my in-laws vision brought to reality by AMERITRIBE! Thank you all!

Ameritribe you have exceeded my expectations beyond measures and I am very thankful for this company that took great care of me. They installed my new roof and did some drywall repairs in my house. Alongside of the work the guys walked me through the steps and kept me up to date in such a upstanding professional way. This was my first experience having something major and this company did amazing work. Being a first time homeowner things happen and you are learning through the process and Jonathan and Ted both took such great care of me and made me feel at ease.

I work as a building and office manager. Ameritribe was referred to me by my insurance company and I am extremely happy that they did. Everyone that I dealt with on their team was very professional, efficient, and conscientious. Once we agreed upon the scope of work and a time and date everything else was seamless. Ted and his painter took extra care to ensure the least amount of disruption in our office and completed their work much quicker than I expected. This company is very dishonest. Wasted 2 months lying to me about my insurance claim. They claim they fired the person responsible but did nothing to fix the issue. Sent a new contractor out that constantly asked how I was going to pay him but never actually produced a contract.
—manager lied to me for 2 months, telling me they were waiting on Usaa, that they were back logged, that they were preparing a contract.
—When they finally sent a new person out the senior project manager told me they have done that to many many customers over the last couple of months
— when the Executive Business Director talked with me she said they were in damage control mode because they had lied to so many customers
--I was recommended Ameritribe on 16Sep2020 by contractor connection service. I contacted them that same day, they told me they were working on my insurance claim every week until 3Nov2020.

What a great experience working with Ameritribe. Used them for roofing and siding and couldn't be any happier. From start to finish, they had it all together. Will be my first call for future projects.

We have used AmeriTribe a handful of times for projects on our house. When we first bought our home, we used them to open up a wall from our kitchen into the dining room to create an open floor plan. Ted was very professional, knowledgeable and did the job within a few days. He gave advice on what would look best and kept us informed on any changes due to electric/plumbing. We loved working with him. That project gave us huge value on our home and made it a competitive sell. AmeriTribe helped fix a leak we had with our skylights and we used them again when we listed our house for sale. Repairs included flooring installation, drywall repair, wood rot repair and carpeting. I love working with AmeriTribe and feel like I can really trust their opinion. I don't feel that the pricing was high and we got exactly what we wanted with their services. Highly recommend.
