AmeriGutter Seamless Gutters & Gutter Guards - Pascoag, RI

I had called three gutter installers before I found AmeriGutter. The first two installers never returned my calls and the third one came out and finally emailed me back 4 days later to say that the job did not meet their minimum charge. When I called AmeriGutter, Brad answered the phone immediately. We discussed the work I wanted done on our addition and they came out a few days later to look at the job and provided us with a quote. We were impressed with the product. It was a few weeks later before the gutter was installed due to the weather. The service was great, installers were here on time and cleaned up everything before they left. I would definitely recommend AmeriGutter.

Price was competitive. Quality of workmanship seems good a few weeks in. They were very busy this summer, so getting them out for a quote and then to do the install was a little bit of a procedure that required a number of follow ups.

Jason came to fix our falling gutter. He did an excellent job and not only fixed the gutter but also checked the entire gutter to make sure all was ok. Great service!!

Early winter install in Norwood, MA 2018. It was for the 1st half of my house which I had finished siding. Price was much better than the a competitor that sold leafless gutters exclusively. This is not apples to apples - Brad convinced me I didn't need the guards. They came quick - done in a day. Where I ran into trouble was the downspouts. It was a windy winter and the downspouts would vibrate pretty loud. It got worse at the beginning of spring.

I called once to get them to call me back on the issue. They didn't return my call and a week later I called again and got him on the line. He seamed irritated to talk to me and I was upset by now. My neighbors were complaining and I had to do something about it. He told me it would be another few hundred dollars to swap out the brackets they used. He said it would be a couple of weeks and I never heard from him again.

My first issue is that he spec'd these brackets in the first place and then claimed I'd have to pay more to put the appropriate ones in. I didn't even argue it with him. I just wanted my issue fixed and would have paid the money, perhaps with a review having less stars.

My second issue is no follow-up. This is a show-stopper. They could have built me a beautiful mansion and not standing by the installation removes all the stars they would have gained. No integrity.

I "fixed" by issue for now by stuffing socks in the gaps between the brackets to mute the vibration. But the reason I hire someone is so I don't have to do any work on that thing again. I already do too much DIY.

I guess he forgot that I had another side of my house that would need gutters when the siding/trim was complete. He will not be getting future business. And this review will go where ever I can put it.

Very fast. Came in and looked at the job. Got a Quote right away. They were there the following week and completed the job. The gutters have been on the house for a couple of rain storms now and I have had no issues. Great company to deal with.

I had new gutters, with Ameriguard gutter guards and new downspouts installed and the old gutters removed. This was done around the entire house.

Amerigutter's install crew (Dan and Jay) showed up on time and ready to work. They both had great manners and were very professional.

Jay was the lead and took the time to explain his work and thought process on how to best install the new system (e.g. (a) why the pitch was configured the way it was (b) why the gutters were hung at the height they were - etc.). Jay's work ethic was exceptional. Dan was less experienced but worked equally as hard as Jay. Dan reworked a few misfitting gutters that I pointed out with a positive and helpful attitude. This was a VERY key aspect to my positive outlook on the whole experience.

Jay and Dan said not to hesitate to contact Amerigutter should I discover any issues (blocked or loose gutters) and assured me Amerigutter would send them back out to fix the issue at no cost.

All gutters were seamless, thick walled and cut to size at the site. The Ameriguard gutter guards seemed robust and would filter out debris as intended.

Although it hasn't rained, I'm confident the new gutters will be a big improvement.

I would recommend Amerigutter to friends and family and would even go as far to have them request Dan and Jay as the crew.
