The people at American Quality Contractor stripped off all old roofing shingles and underlayment. Installed new ice barrrier, underayment, and roofing shingles. They also installed new gutters with leaf guards, soffits, fascia, siding, and rebuilt the top of the chimney. The price was good and all work was professionally done. When finished, they cleaned up all debris and only left behind the beautiful work they had done. If I ever need a construction contractor again, American Quality Contractor will be the company I call.

We've used Geni and his team for two big projects this summer, the first being a complete deck replacement/renovation. Based on the excellent quality of work done and the great experience we had on that first project, we decided to also hire Geni and the team to build us a privacy fence around our back yard. This was no easy feat, which involved first clearing a lot of brush / trees out of the way, as well as digging deep post holes where there were very well established roots / stumps of trees. Additionally, I had pretty lofty expectations on what I wanted the fence to look like, from both the inside and outside. Geni and the team blew us away with what they built, and tailored the entire fence exactly to our vision/expectations. He really goes above and beyond to ensure that we are completely happy with the work that is done. Geni is responsive, reliable, thorough, communicative, and overall a complete pleasure to work with. He tackles unanticipated problems with a thoughtful and creative mindset, and really seems to be able to find a solution for everything.

I know for any future work that we may need outside our house (decks, fencing, masonry, roofing, etc.), Geni will be the first person I call. I've even talked to him about a potential other flooring project in the future. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough.
