This contractor scheduled an appointment with us upon our request. We arrived at our commercial site WITH OUR BABY. We reached out 30 minutes prior to our appointment confirming and then again 15 minutes prior letting him know we’re on our way. No reply to two texts. Then, when we arrived he wasn’t there so we called him. Again, no reply. We texted him letting him know we’ve arrived with our baby! He had the unprofessional audacity of not replying. We understand emergencies happen but with todays texting technology it’s very easy to reply and inform a potential client you can’t make it rather than standing them up when they arrive with their baby! We’re glad for this experience because this is an ENTIRE reflection on their work ethics. Terrible level of unprofessionalism. If they can’t arrive to a prior arrangement to visit a client and ignore them then how can we trust they’ll do the job we need done without ghosting us after we pay for the work? Blessing in disguise. Please ensure this doesn’t happen to you before hiring this company. If there was an option to give NO STARS then that would’ve been a more accurate rating.

They’ve kept not a single appointment. They have lied about coming and never showed up. They’ve lied about dates and times and purchasing granite dates and never even called. But they sure cashed that check fast but did not buy the Granite the check was for. Very skeptical they can keep any really commitments here. It’s been 6 weeks of failures over and over and over again. But they’re very slick. They’ve got quite a talker out front. He keeps none of his promises. I’m sure this will be a fiasco of the highest order.

Just had American Pro rebuild my front steps and made them look more then perfect. The prices wont beat you over the head and everything was done and cleaned professionally. Even referred me to a guy that made me a custom hand rail and that too was a magnificent done. The curb appeal of my front house is just so much better. You guys wont be disappointed.

Had a retaining wall done by american pro.the staff was amaizing and very informational throughout the job.the prices and the quality of the work is top noch.highly recomended if you want a your peoject to be done perfect and in timely manner.

I hired American pro to re-do my asphalt. Sam truly does an amazing job by far a perfectionist at everything that he has far done thus far for me! This company is definitely one of a kind and top notch.. If you want to be satisfied to the max with any job, you need to hire Sam! I recommend american pro 100%!!!

I would highly recommend American Pro to friends and family alike. I had an extension done to the back of the house, and the staff walked me through the process and answered all questions. Very happy with the work quality and professionalism of everyone involved .

American Pro did a wonderful job renovationting the front patio and building our new front steps. They always showed up on time were very respectful. I'm very happy that they finished the job when they said they were going to finish it and gave the front of the house a great new look. I would highly recommend them for all your construction needs.

Highly recommended for the wonderful people and hard workers I called to renew my roof. They show up in time give me estimates and tell me exactly what are they gonna do answer all my questions. The roof was done second day. I’m so glad that I take the time to call them.

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Performed beyond expectations. They completely stripped and re-shingled our two story colonial and Garage. Added an additional bathroom vent and even fixed several gaps in our siding at no extra cost, Everyone were very professional, and friendly. They took time to answer our questions, and completely cleaned up within 5 hours of arriving. The roof looks great! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I hired American Pro because I had a leak in my roof. Sam guided me through the repair process, he listened to my concerns very closely. He was very professional and fast. His price beat the other contractors I called and it fit my budget and needs perfectly.
