This contractor scheduled an appointment with us upon our request. We arrived at our commercial site WITH OUR BABY. We reached out 30 minutes prior to our appointment confirming and then again 15 minutes prior letting him know we’re on our way. No reply to two texts. Then, when we arrived he wasn’t there so we called him. Again, no reply. We texted him letting him know we’ve arrived with our baby! He had the unprofessional audacity of not replying. We understand emergencies happen but with todays texting technology it’s very easy to reply and inform a potential client you can’t make it rather than standing them up when they arrive with their baby! We’re glad for this experience because this is an ENTIRE reflection on their work ethics. Terrible level of unprofessionalism. If they can’t arrive to a prior arrangement to visit a client and ignore them then how can we trust they’ll do the job we need done without ghosting us after we pay for the work? Blessing in disguise. Please ensure this doesn’t happen to you before hiring this company. If there was an option to give NO STARS then that would’ve been a more accurate rating.
They’ve kept not a single appointment. They have lied about coming and never showed up. They’ve lied about dates and times and purchasing granite dates and never even called. But they sure cashed that check fast but did not buy the Granite the check was for. Very skeptical they can keep any really commitments here. It’s been 6 weeks of failures over and over and over again. But they’re very slick. They’ve got quite a talker out front. He keeps none of his promises. I’m sure this will be a fiasco of the highest order.
