Working with Greg and his team was easy and professional throughout the entire experience.

I have an old house and wanted to have someone with experience doing remodeling. Greg was able to inspire confidence by identifying extra details that he would address and correct, beyond what I could forsee. For example, for a door installation he pointed out that the siding would be touched up to ensure a high quality end result.

He was quick, honest, and transparent through the whole process. His team was professional and knowledgeable, and arrived on time. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that I was happy and comfortable.

Greg and the APR team were fantastic to work with. Our home had a room in which the flooring was uneven. They gave us a very fair estimate and options of how we could repair. They very quickly started the project and finished in a timely matter. I will definitely be using them for more home projects in the future.

Greg and his team did a basement renovation, adding a full bathroom. His team was extremely professional and always answered all questions during the project. While they were here the team assisted us with a roof issue and replaced our entire roof. We couldn’t be more impressed with the finished product and look forward to our future projects with them.

My wife and I had an 80 foot tree fall on our house from a wind storm 2 weeks ago. Our roof had two holes in it, our HVAC condenser was smashed, water was coming in through the Sheetrock inside our kitchen, and our deck was damaged. I called Greg from American Platinum Remodeling at 7:30pm hoping that he’d hear it first thing in the morning. He answered right away and him and Dom were at my house by 9:00pm surveying the damage. The next day, they had their roof crew, and HVAC guys at our house giving us information and the following day we had our roof replaced and had a brand new condenser. The following day, Greg had a crew in the house sheet-rocking and repairing the rest of the damage. The fact that within 72 hours, our house felt like a tree strike never happened is a testament to Greg’s attention to detail and the whole American Platinum Remodeling team’s excellent work. I highly recommend using the American Platinum Remodeling team and Greg for any of your home repair/renovation/remodeling needs.

Greg is extremely professional and highly responsive. Right from first contact, Greg has been very proactive. He has spent time with us to understand the project scope, worked with us and our architect to fine tune the details of the project. During the entire process he was like trusted advisor to us and we counted on his insight. After a in person meeting to discuss the project, our architect told us that Greg know what he is talking, we just knew that we chose the right contractor.

Finding a contractor to work on your home is a very stressful and time-consuming process. Through a quick Google search, we came across Greg’s company APR and based on the reviews we reached out and scheduled an estimate. This was the best decision we could’ve made as homeowners as from our first interaction we knew he was the contractor of choice. Greg and his team added an addition above our garage, replaced the entire roof, siding, added an additional bathroom, laundry and updated an existing bathroom in what seemed like a blink of the eye. As others have noted APR is very thorough in explaining the process and providing solutions / suggestions regarding any hurdles that may arise during construction. We are above the moon with how the project had turned out and have already recommended APR to a relative that has already contracted his team for an addition at their home. The work included a bathroom and kitchen remodel, painting, floor refinish, and other work. These guys were great! Reasonably priced and quality work. Also they are super responsive, always getting back to me, usually within minutes. And very patient with my hundreds of questions. My old roof was off and new one was put on within days. Greg coordinated everything and always kept me updated. Would highly recommend!!

I met with Greg when I was trying to find a skilled remodeling company to build a pool/guest house on our property. He was very polite, customer service oriented, and honest. I had a lot of questions for him but he was very gractious with his time. The estimate he gave me was very reasonably priced and though it wasn't necessaily the absolute cheapest option I could have gone with, I just had a good feeling about Greg and his company. The crew from APR started work for me about three weeks later. I don't know the first thing about construction or remodeling so I can't really remark on that but what I did notice while they were working is that they were always courteous, they didn't leave things laying around, they were always polite to me, and they seemed to be working very hard. If you've ever had a build like this done you know that it can take a long time and there can sometimes be delays but Greg was always very honest with me about what to expect and any time something came up he let me know way out ahead of it. The entire team did an amazing job and we are so happy with the way the guest house turned out. I would gladly recommend American Platinum Remodeling to friends and family. He is very compassionate and creative when he works which made me feel comfortable in remodeling my home. Great job!!! My kitchen came out incredible. I was a little nervous with my ceiling, so Greg "the owner" had his trim guy build me custom crown molding that matched with cabinets perfectly.

Both my bathroom & kitchen floor came out great. They helped me with picking the right tile and did a great job installing.

What i was most impressed about, how clean the crew was. at the end of the day, they always made sure to leave the job spotless.
