called them several months ago to find a leak they found one and told me included with the price after it was fixed they would come back and make sure there wasn't any other ones unfortunately my water bill did not go down after this leak was fixed so I called them to honor what they'd said several months ago unfortunately this company has been bought and sold so they're not honoring anything they did offer to charge me again to redo the same thing they did before buyer beware very sad and disappointed bad

The owner, Richard, was incredibly helpful. Quick to answer any questions and respond to emails/phone calls. He provided support through the whole process and would go out of his way to help out wherever he could; very professional and trustworthy.

I’ve recently have been struggling with low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom ever since a repair by the city was done on a main water line break. I live in a condo who’s HOA uses American Leak Detection to help detect plumbing issues early on. Let me just say Richard from “ALD” has given such amazing communication, superb customer service and what I would consider “emotional support” throughout the whole process of making sure I was taking the proper steps in order to have an issue resolved that was not caused by something I did. He listened to my complaints, concerns and offered his expertise on the many questions I had. Response time was 100%, communication was 100% and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer was 100%. My issue was resolved in full. I appreciate the professionalism and family like kindness Richard and his company American Leak detection provided to me.

It's nice to deal with a local family run office! They really take pride in their work and take good care of you! The technician was very friendly and professional. She explained the process and what she found as well as answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them for any water leak issues you may have!

Dear potential customers, This company does NOT and will NOT repair any leaks found by you or by them because they DO NOT have a Nevada Plumbing Licence to do ANY REPAIRS.
If You know you have a water issue they will ONLY "confirm it" what you think or show them. Then they will tell you to go hire a licenced plumber to do the repairs and charge you between $200.00-$378.00 (for 10 minutes to 2 hour minimum search) to confirm you have a leak and that you need to get it repaired by a Licenced Nevada plumber.
Keep in mind they will not tell you at first that you will be REQUIRED to hire a LICENCED PLUMBER to do the repairs.
If you know you have a leak anywhere on your property, just call a Nevada licenced plumber to find and repair your leak or YOU WILL PAY UNNECESSARY MONEY.
A Nevada Licenced Plumber WILL seek AND repair the leak. Which this company cannot legally do in the State of Nevada.
