The team was very professional and helpful, always willing to answer my questions even after the work was completed. They even came back to our home to check on the roof and gutter work to address any concerns I had after the work was finished. I have never had a company do something like that and I really appreciated their commitment and attention to detail. They were able to work with our budget and provided us with suggestions and options to fit our needs.

My roof looked worse after they replaced it. They had an inspector look at it and he said the roof was not installed correctly. We had another company look at and they said the job was not done correctly. They said they would correct it then wanted us to pay. Now no contact even though they gave us a warranty. We've had nothing but issues with this company.

Needed some roofing work done since we were replacing some older tiles on our roofs from a previous owner. They gave us a reasonable quote, came well prepared for the job, were polite and punctual, and completed our request to 100% satisfaction on our part. I would definitely recommend them!

We did our research - meeting five different prospective contractors before settling upon American Cowboy. It was immediately apparent that Bill was the most knowledgeable and capable of the contractors we needed. The estimate was very close to the final cost. There were a few additions, but I expected them because the home had a lot of deferred maintenance. I particularly appreciated not only the company's thorough knowledge and prompt installation (they were done with a roof installation by lunchtime), but also the fact that whenever they found unexpected problems or issues, I had photos on my telephone within a matter of minutes of the discovery. I'm very particular, but there is no doubt: American Cowboy comes highly recommended.

They did a great job on our roof. It was a complicated job requiring 5 days work. They carefully replaced damaged plywood and corrected flashing concerns. The roof looks great and the price was very fair.
