It's almost hard to believe it's barely a year after I first started deciding upon where my wife and I would retire and build our dream home. I spent months putting together all the details I wanted in the home and having met with Todd in some sit down meetings he went over it all with me. It took a total of 4 months from start to finish and all the details were brought to life along with some suggestions from Todd along the way that made things even more attractive. His flooring and tile guys along with his painters are top flight and pay great attention to detail. The plan came together perfectly and on time. We are loving the home and all the details. Nothing was left out. Best of all with his knowledge of state of the art insulation we are enjoying a heating bill in the dead of winter that is half of our previous bill in a home with the same square footage. Kudos to Todd and his applications of the most recent technology and building techniques.
