I would highly recommend American Commercial Roofing. I easily scheduled an appointment online and Zach called to confirm it. He showed up promptly and thoroughly explained the procedure and the various roofing products and answered my questions. The crew that replaced my shingles worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Due to the age of my house, there were some problems with the vent to the furnace and the guys came back the next day to work on it. In the process, some very old ductwork in the basement was damaged. I advised Zach of the damage, and Brennan and a crew came out to repair it the following day. I offered to pay extra as the damaged vent was very old and rusty, but Brennan said it was all part of the service and refused the extra pay. Zach and Brennan were great to work with, as were the crews. I feel I got superior service, quality products, and a beautiful new roof at a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond for me, and everyone I dealt with was respectful and courteous, which in this day and age was a refreshing surprise.

We had them do our roof and they did not show up when they was suppose, ended up showing up when we was out of town, when we came home they didnt do the job right. Got a hold of Zach and he said they would be out to get it done. It took them 6 weeks to get it done and it is a really bad job. Zach will text you and say they are going to be out and then they don't show and don't text/call ya.Didn't do a good job of cleaning up after themselves we had to do the clean up both times they came out. I would not recommend them to anyone. When you call them no one returns your calls either

I am absolutely impressed with the job ACR have done. We come from living in rather large cities and have had to lower expectations with regards to timely communications and customer service provided from a variety of local businesses in the small rural area we live in—to no discredit of any individual or business—because that's just the way of life outside of the massive hustle of a metropolis and the reason we moved here.

The work team were incredibly fast, accurate, and tidy. Not a single corner was cut, or shortcut taken. There wasn't a single trace of waste or debris after the work was completed. I honestly expected days of hammering and some delays. Much to my surprise it was wrapped up in about 2 days. And it looks amazing. Now I need to repaint the house to match how good the roof looks!

After that rambling, I just want to say that American Commercial Roofing are playing at a national level here and it is very noticeable and very much appreciated. Kudos to them, and I sincerely hope they don't ever lose that edge to strive for perfection and professionalism. ACR have won my business for life.

This guy, Bryce Ross, shows up on my doorstep trying to sell me something I try to politely and repeatedly say I'm not interested in. When I finally tell him to have a good night and turn to walk back inside, he turns to his partner and insults me calling me crazy for not being interested in his sales pitch.

Hired this company to take a look at my roof since we had a leak. Zach Dvorak came out and looked, said we had some damage that should be covered by insurance. Insurance sent someone to take a look, and the insurance company decided they wouldn't give me any money to fix it. Zach took a few more pictures and sent a rebuttal to the insurance company. They came back and gave me the money to fix the leak. Zach had the leak fixed and the roof looking good! It has rained a lot since then and no leaks at all. Zach there is great, fun to work with and he gets the job done!

The roof had been damaged in wind storm. A competitor said roof could be repaired for cost less than deductible. Zach asked to look at roof and said I had been misinformed. He worked with insurance company to complete all paperwork to get roof replacement covered by insurance. They did replacement in one day. He came back months later to answer questions about soffit issue that had nothing to do with original roof project. They follow up with customer service after the job is complete

ACR did a great job repairing my roof. They gave me different attic venting options, pointed out issues with flashing on a section that wasn’t part of the contract and fixed it for free and the price in the first place was the best bid I got and very fair. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I had Matt Watson come out to check my roof because the neighbors got a new roof due to hail and I just had an odd feeling about the company that was in the area. He found a couple of things but was honest with me about how it probably wouldn’t be worth calling in because the damage was very minor. Offered to repair the spots that warranted repairs for a reasonable price and He told me my gutters were clogged with leaves and I knew they needed cleaning so he gave me a good price on that too. Did a great job, no mess, no hassle, no pressure, great guy!

Matt did a full inspection and found hail damage. He helped with the process of contacting my insurance provider. Matt returned when the insurance inspector came. The whole process was quick and professional. You couldn’t tell they were here they cleaned up so good. Would definitely use them again.

Matt replaced our roof last year on one of our properties a couple of years ago and we have had no issues. We also called him back for a roof inspection last year and a repair recently. I had a very large branch break clean through my roof that you could see from inside the attic from a storm. American Commercial Roofing came out quickly and gave me a quote to replace the wood underlayment and roof shingles. Mr. Watson came out himself a couple of days later and fixed it. Chuck Riccomini was a huge help directing us through the process of getting a new roof after straightline winds took over 1/3 of our roof off. Tim McCann was very professional and his crew of roofers were amazingly thoughtful! Then was directed to Phil Crismore for getting our solar power for our home. Took a bit for that, but was worth the wait, because Phil had a lot trying to work out with our rural electric company for the first time and our Generac installers, Shockwave. Love the way everything came together and how it all works! Chuck definitely goes out of his way to make your needs met!!
