I typically write only restaurant reviews but the service today from AL's ABSOLUTE BEST CARPET CLEANING, (Sean), deserves a shout out. This is not "Stanley Steamer," zip zip done. THOROUGH, SPOTLESS, knowledgable. A family run business. I have two puppies...And now I have fresh clean carpets!

Al's Absolute Best saved our carpet!! I recently hired Al's for a deep cleaning of our downstairs carpet. With myself in the construction business and two dogs we nearly destroyed it. I never thought the carpets would come out as nice as they did with all the dirt and stains over the years. I was so impressed with the work that I had two sectional couches done as well. Shawn was great to work with and very responsive (which is hard to find these days). Ill definitely be calling them back in the future.

The weather this past weekend caused flooding with 3+ inches of water in our 1600sqft basement. Al's came out first thing Monday morning to assess the situation and immediately got to work drying and restoring it back to its original condition. Shawn was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions regarding the process, progress and cost thoroughly along the way. They kept the needed equipment running throughout the next few days to make sure it was as clean and dry as it could get, coming back and checking on it's progress daily. The team was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Their goal wasn't only to get the basement back to its original condition but to also prevent any mold growth that would cause harm to my family's health. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this local family business for your basement restoration/mold remediation needs. Truly appreciate the job well done by this team and will definitely be looking to use them again for their other cleaning services as well.

Had water damage in the basement from a broken water heater. It happened on a Sunday morning. Shawn was over right away and began the cleanup the very next morning. From start to finish service was terrific. A job well done.

I had a pipe break in the bathroom, which left 2 to 3 inches of water in my basement. Sean and Al came out right away and moved items from the basement floor off to the side. They put cardboard and anything ruined in a pile, did a dump run and disposed of it for me. What could have been a big headache for me was taken care of immediately. They placed big dehumidifiers in my bathroom and in the basement for several days. They did testing to make sure that the walls and the floor between the basement and the bathroom were dry. They did have to take down part of a wall. I never saw a mess, not a nail, not a piece of board, nothing . I have a very small house and we had to be in the same space for some time. Sean and his dad were very pleasant, warm and friendly and most of all trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best carpet cleaning ever!! It’s all about the really hot water extraction (280 degrees?). Shawn and Al removed a 25 year oil stain that other companies couldn’t. The carpet looked brand new when they were done. An honest family run company that doesn’t rush the job. Hire them. Forgot to take a photo before cleaning. I didn’t really think they could get the black oil stain out. Amazing!!!

We are so amazed!!! Our carpets look like they are brad new!!!! The guys were very nice and up front with what they had to do and what we were to expect. Outstanding professional service. Sean and Al transformed our basement floor back to its original state. We had a sump pump that failed. Water and silt backfilled onto the floor. Looking forward to having all my floors and carpets cleaned and disinfected by them early May.

I had a nightmare situation with a basement flood because of recent storms, and my sump pump overflowed along with breaking its switch. Sean from Al’s came over within the hour and was calm, professional, and transparent throughout. He and his team took care of extensive water damage to the carpet and drywall, mold and mildew sanitization, and sewage contamination. They also helped me deal with insurance. Al's was incredibly quick to respond to our flooded basement. They responded on a Sunday and started work the next day, saving our home from any chance of mold or mildew. They quickly removed the ruined material and aggressively dried everything out. They were patient

I highly reccomend Al's Best. They came right out when I requested a quote to clean a family friends luxury motorhome that had been sitting and got moldy. They checked back in with me while I waited for a response from our family friend as she had surgery and wasn't responding back. Once I got the okay they scheduled to do the job and sqeezed us in before they went on vacation. The motorhome came out fantastic! The carpets, tile, walls, cabinets, items and bathroom are clean and everything is mold free and smelling much better.

I have been using Al's to clean my carpets for over 10 years. I have tried some of the cheaper companies, and I always end up going back to Al's! They do a fantastic job, are punctual, considerate with phone calls to let me know if their arrival times might change, and professional. My carpets and couch look so fresh and clean when they leave, and they usually dry very quickly. If I ever am dissatisfied, Al and his crew are happy to come back and redo an area. Another issue that I find just as important as the quality of their services is that I feel completely safe with them in my home and around my children. I have been an at home mom for many years, and my family's safety is always at the top of my mind when hiring someone to come into our home. I trust them 100% and at this point do not use anyone else!!!

I found Al's Absolute Best after doing a Google search for ice dam removal when we were experiencing water leaking into our house. I called on a Wednesday evening and he had two guys here the following morning cleaning snow of my roof and treating the dams. He and his crew were then out Friday morning to begin the water mitigation process, which took three days. Al is an incredibly responsive business owner who takes great pride in his work. His crew was neat, polite, and made me feel at ease. He thoroughly documented his work and quickly provided estimates for the insurance company. He also helped us through the restoration process. We wouldn't hesitate to use his company again.
