Our hot water heater flooded our basement, and we called Alpha Omega and they had a team out to our home within an hour to start the cleanup. Their team was incredibly professional, and the communication was great. Aaron, AJ, and Kiara were top notch and able to answer all our questions or find them if they didn't have the answer. I highly recommend them and their team.

Sonya Scheetz has been very helpful in the short amount of time we have worked together. Really appreciate the CE classes she has provided for us local producers, along with so much amazing knowledge. She would provide training huddles for the local offices in providing more valuable knowledge regarding homeowners claims for disaster restorations. Definitely sad to see her go.

I have found that Alpha Omega and their team are excellent in all that they do.
I am an elderly disabled woman living alone and due to the steps in and out of my home it was very difficult for me to come & go safely from my home.
At first I was looking to get a ramp built out of my back door and then decided to get more user-friendly steps built that I could easily maneuver. I had contacted Jordan Kroll with Alpha Omega and explained my needs. He and another *previous co-worker* agreed to take on the task even though it was not within the usual realm of their duties.
They drew up some plans on both the ramp and the steps, of which I chose the steps. The steps they built for me were so professionally done and perfect for my needs. Jordan Kroll was very kind, professional, and more than willing to help.
I Highly Recommend Alpha Omega and their team for any and all needs of their provided services.

We had flooding due to the fire suppression system failing. We called and Amaryllis was there right away, found the problem and has worked through the entire process with us. She was amazing to work with, explained everything, and kept us informed throughout the process. She will be our go to gal heaven forbid disaster strikes again.

We have thankfully worked with Alpha and Omega Disaster on a few projects. Jordan Kroll help us with some water damage that had affected our wall, and under the carpet. Started hearing a mysterious noise coming from my bathroom. The noise was followed by a horrible smell. To my surprise I found the water in my toilet bubbling. I immediately called Alpha Omega. Jordan was at my house and in less than an hour!!! He explained that my main sewage line was clogged and put me in contact with a plumber that fixed the issue before the night was over. Would recommend team Alpha in any disaster!!!!

I recently had Alpha Omega perform some restoration work in my crawl space after I discovered a leaking pipe. Amaryllis was incredibly helpful when I first contacted them, and I was thoroughly impressed with her exceptional customer service. She meticulously coordinated everything, and I was particularly impressed by her efficiency in arranging for someone to visit my house promptly. I was expecting the service to be expensive since I was uncertain about the duration of the leak and the extent of the damage it had caused. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they provided me with a quote that was significantly lower than another quote I had received. I highly recommend Alpha Omega to anyone in need of restoration services!

When alpha and omega came and cleaned up a flood we had at the Hannah house basement Jordan and his crew did an amazing job. They communicated well with me and got it all done in an efficient manner. From start to finish Jordan was very professional.

Alpha Omega is so great to work with!! Sonya, Aaron, and Jordan have been reliable, timely, professional, and just all around fantastic to work with!! I can’t recommend them enough!!

We had a water loss in spring of 2023. We called them to come out. Our insurance told us to fire them because they were not doing things to a national standard. A water loss is considered an emergency situation. The first thing they should do is demo the water loss area before setting fans.

Alpha came out, took pictures, taped an area, set fans, set dehumidifier, and left. Didn’t hear from them for 6 days. The initial jobsite visit was with Jordan, one of their project managers (PM). Our insurance questioned if they are an accredited Restoration company.

We called Newman. Newman pointed out their negligence and made corrections the very same day they came out. The project manager at Newman even politely showed Alpha’s PM the things he did wrong on his way out.

Alpha told us we slipped through the cracks because corporate over booked them and they shouldn’t have taken our call/job. Safe to say, get more than one opinion with these guys.

Edit Reply: Jordan did not communicate those things to us. He told us 2-3 weeks for the rebuild, not 2-3 weeks for the restoration demolition. There’s a big difference. Hence why Newman educated Jordan on the negligence. Furthermore, why would you accept a job knowing you could not handle the situation properly. If you can show up for an estimate/site visit then you should be prepared to do the job to a National standard. When I called to cancel, they miraculously had an opening in 2 days instead of 2 weeks.

As homeowners/prospects, we call professionals and expect them to be professionals/experts. Whoever reads this, you’ve been warned.

Got the worst housewarming present ever! A flood in the basement. Thankfully, Jordan Kroll was prompt and efficient and helped us get the remediation process started. He has been super patient with us and answered any questions we might have, even if they seemed a little silly. From that point on, every single person who has worked on this job has been incredible. Nate Hill, Dawn Westermark, Kiiara Snowden, Aaron Fairly, Haden Hill, and Anthony Gile have been super professional, speedy and considerate of the quirky members of the household. They even worked well with my cats. 10/10 would recommend, but 100/100 would recommend this crew.

Alpha Omega was amazing to work with. From the minute I made the call when our property was suffering a substantial amount of water damage to the reconstruction part they followed through with the plan we had in place. Their team was professional and courteous as they helped us deal with our loss. The work that was done was top notch.

My house got flooded by my clothes washer and it was a mess. I call them and they got my house back to great working order. If you find yourself in a mess like I did I would recommend Alpha and Omega Restoration.

We had a water heater issue which caused garage and interior flooding in our house. Alpha Omega came out immediately to begin mitigation. The folks who came were great and got to work helping remove all that water and damaged flooring/carpet. All of the local staff I worked with were friendly, professional and got the job done.

The issue came when working with the billing company they use, Fleet Response, and my insurance. The Fleet Response was slow to respond, missed emails, and then were demanding and borderline rude when they wanted a response from my insurance agent about estimates and payments. I ended up basically having to mediate between the two because my insurance agent wouldn’t get prompt responses and Fleet Response was only polite when emailing with me. I ended up not using Alpha Omega for the restoration aspect exclusively because of how bad it was to deal with Fleet Response. This ended up being frustrating because Alpha Omega took many of the baseboards and siding pieces away with them so it was more difficult for me to match when I got restoration work done later on. Overall, this process took months longer because of the difficulty with Fleet Response and my having to manage everything personally. For the mitigation, I really appreciate Alpha Omega. For everything after, I would never use them while they work with Fleet Response.

i have no words sufficient for the praise of this company. None. But i’m gonna try. Last year, we discovered our home had been destroyed by a leak. We were, at the time, out of state with our son as he was in the hospice stage of his terminal cancer. Reeling from grief after his passing, we came home to find a completely ruined house. In shock from our boy’s death, we had very little emotional bandwidth to deal with it. Alpha Omega came immediately with a team and assessed the damage. They sent a lovely plant with condolences for our loss. (what companies DO that?). I remember vividly sitting on a ruined floor, overwhelmed with sorrow and unable to even comprehend or be too concerned about a stupid house….and Todd, a member of the team saw me, walked over and said, “You can’t care about this, can you? Let us take care of it for you. Give it to us. We’ll return your home to you better than it was before. I promise.” His words gave me release and comfort beyond the pale. And they delivered. Wade and the team have overwhelmed us with not only compassion, but excellence. Timely and thorough mitigation, excellent restoration, daily and immediate communication when we had questions. Help with and assistance for insurance issues…they did it all. We just came back to MT and our home this week. We rolled in at midnight from our travel, walked in and found….not only the home restored better than it was before, but the furniture staged, the boxes they had stored all back in the appropriate rooms and labeled. They had found our bedding, WASHED it, and made our bed. There was a welcome home banner and balloons and a fresh pizza in the fridge. How can a company be so kind, thoughtful and concerned? Like i said. I have no words, but I had to try. Please, please please consider this company whenever you have a mitigation or restoration project.

I had a fire in my property that was quite tragic and very extensive. Alpha Omega met me within 2 days and took me by the hand at a time when I really needed it. They were unbelievably respectful and experienced. They dealt with insurance, the rebuild contractors, and finished exactly when they said they would. I heard from someone ever week and was always kept informed on every detail and every step along the way. Giving them 5 stars doesn't seem adequate. I would give them 10 if I could. You will never regret going to them for all your restoration needs.

I like all of the above about the business. I searched for a contractor or another professional to evaluate a major leak in my garage. When I called Alpha and Omega, an appointment was scheduled for the next morning to assess the damage. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough in identifying the source of the problem and creating a plan to solve it. I highly recommend this company.

Alpha Omega did a wonderful job for me! I had my dishwasher leak and I called them right away. The crew that helped me were prompt and thorough. I want to give a shoutout to Dan Grosulak who was in touch with me throughout the process while providing excellent service. Also, the office gals Sonya and Keely were on top of it in getting everything lined up. Can't recommend them enough and will send anybody I know their way!

Project superintendent Aaron quickly determined the source of our water loss and worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure that we had an insurable claim. Crew lead Jared communicated with us every step of way through the demolition and drying process. He maintained an extremely clean job site and left us in great condition and ready for rebuilding. 5 stars for the AO mitigation crew.

Can't say enough good things about these people. A water leak caused an unbelievable amount of damage. Very quickly. I chose Alpha so I did not have to negotiate with the insurance company or try to find subcontractors capable of addressing the unique issues of a hundred year old house. I could not have made a better choice!

I experienced a sewer blockage and backup in my downstairs bathroom, storage room, and family room. Having worked with Alpha Omega for fire damage in 2009 and having such a positive experience, they were the only company I trusted to deal with this new situation.
Jordan was the project manager for the mitigation, demolition and cleanup. He arrived at my home every morning to assess the situation and monitor the drying process. He informed me daily of the progress. I felt so comfortable with him being here that he began to feel like a member of the family. Most reassuring in a difficult situation.

This is to praise, celebrate and recommend Alpha Omega Mitigation & Restoration - absolutely EVERYONE at that company is AWESOME. I had a foundation leak in June-these folks dried out the damage, found the source of the problem, fought with my insurance company for months, and completed the restoration -- all with a smile and a willingness to do the BEST JOB POSSIBLE! Their attention to detail is AMAZING (they even painted the trim on the inside of the closet!!). Each & every one of the workers are craftsmen who take great pride in their work, whether it was something big, or something small - they are THE BEST. My home looks better now than before the damage! I do hope you never have the type of damage they repair, but if you do, DON'T call anyone else - Alpha Omega is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Highly recommend them.

Luckily I have never needed to use a restoration company, but as someone who has worked closely with Alpha Omega, they have treated my clients very well, and have always been honest and very transparent. Although their whole team is very professional and punctual, Carissa and Sonya have been great to work with.

Best service in town! I had water leaking through my basement ceiling from the overflow drain in my upstairs bathtub. They showed up immediately after I called, they were super professional and helped me find the leak and even told me how I can fix it myself. I was so impressed how well the turned my problem around. I recommend anyone to call Alpha-Omega with any residential or commercial property issues!

We had a sprinkler head busted in our gym and the Alpha Omega Team was absolutely the best in helping us get things cleaned up and put back together. It did not matter that it was later into the evening when it happened, they were right there and stayed until after midnight to make sure we are taken care of. When I found a puddle from a broken pipe, I called Alpha Omega. Family has used them in the past and been happy with them. Their response was immediate. This is a long and confusing process. They have answered my many questions, walking me through the process. They have been there when they said they were going to be there. They have worked well with my insurance.

We have had two reasons to use Alpha and Omega in the last month. One was for high humidity and mold in our crawl space. They quickly located the issue, brought equipment to vent it out and monitored it for progress. The employees were kind, knowledgeable and caring! They were prompt and went above and beyond what was expected! The second was a flood in the kitchen in our rental. We had the exact same wonderful service, with options, help and support every step of the way. Again we saw the employees go above and beyond what was expected! We are so thankful to have them in our community and trust that when we need them next, they are there for us! I can't recommend them high enough!

Refreshing level of professionalism and customer service. Had a pipe leak in a downstairs wall which needed clean up and some mold removal. Interacted with several members of the AO team and each one was notably friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family (actually I have already.)

We called them and they arrived at our house within 2 hours that same day. They helped to clean up the water that had leaked and dry out our new carpet, then helped to locate the leak in a water pipe behind the drywall. Everyone was great with communicating with us throughout the entire process and they were always professional and courteous, we would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend alpha and omega for any home demolition project. They opened up and dried out a leak behind our shower, including mold removal. They were professional , courteous, kept in good communication throughout the process. They were clean and did a fantastic job of keeping all of the dust and debris contained throughout their time in our house. I used A & O services after coming back from vacation to a water leak in our home. It had been leaking for days and the damage was quite extensive. I am glad I called and worked with Alpha and Omega they did a fantastic job on the clean up and repair and everyone was great to work with from the office to the field. I was always kept in the loop and updated frequently and they were very concerned that everything they did met my expectations. I hope I don't have to but I would work with them again.

I used Alpha Omega for the second time a few months ago. They were extremely responsive and through. When I was frustrated and unsure of what to do, they were calming and had a great plan to get our home back to normal. Their experienced employees and subcontractors made the entire experience very easy and efficient.

We experienced a flood in our basement last year. Not only was the flood unlucky but it was on very bad timing, as we had our baby the same day! My husband and I woke up at 6Am to go to the hospital to be induced to have our child. We heard our sump pump working and went down stairs to our entire basement flooded. We have two kids rooms downstairs and a toy room. Being in the Insurance industry at the time I knew exactly who to call. I called Alpha Omega at 6Am and Willie himself answered the phone right away. He sent his crew out to our home immediately. My husband took me to the hospital ran home to check on our house and they were already in the process of cleaning everything up. They reassured him several times that they would take care of everything and they exceeded our expectations. They removed everything from downstairs including the carpet, cleaned it all up and dried everything out. My husband and I knew we were in good hands and could be at peace during a special time in our lives. They made a bad timing event very manageable.
