Very efficient. A wand/brush connected to a very narrow-gauge hose was used for cleaning. Way better than using a garden hose; dragging it across the roofing tiles could cause damage.

Fantastic company . I looked it up and and the internet said I should get them clean once every 8 months. I asked the owner of this company and he said once a year. That said I see this company as being very honest with me. They came in they cleaned it they clean the area around it and they were gone. I did have a few moments to talk to the owner and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions this company is fantastic I will be using them again. And at that time I'm going to ask him again how long before I have it cleaned again. And I know he's going to be honest with me because he was honest with me from the beginning.

UPDATE: This is a delayed update, but it is definitely well deserved. Roman & his team came to clean our panels, and we greatly appreciated the help, as our daughter was born much sooner than expected. We have not had service from this company, this is purely a review of their customer service.
I requested an estimate & was quickly contacted. We don't have enough solar panels (only 8), I'd recommend having maybe 15+ for the minimum price to be competitive to companies who can charger per panel. The gentleman I spoke with was still very helpful! He had some great tips on how we should proceed, even if it isn't with his company. With how friendly and helpful the call was, I wanted to at least give this company a shout-out! If we go with them for cleaning, I'll update my review :)

Loved that Roman was quick (less than 10 min) to respond for my job quote submitted thru Yelp. His price was very reasonable considering the 2 dozen solar panels & two water heater panels that were all pretty dirty with years of caked on grime & even some lichen growth in the spacing between panels. He arrived on time, as scheduled, and did an excellent job in getting all the panels cleaned up. He also provided some helpful recommendations for my gutters, based on his observations while on my roof. I will definitely call Roman again when it’s time to clean the panels in the future…IMHO his services are definitely worth it considering the panels investment costs, and it’s inefficiency and diminished ability to save me money in the long run if they are dirty…it’s really a no brainer, good quality service @ a great price, which ends up saving dollars in the long run.

I had pigeons starting to nest under my solar panels, so I searched for companies online that could put up bird proofing guard around the panels. The first company didn't answer so I left a message, but after a few days they still had not called. I called Roman with Aloha Solar Panel Cleaning and he answered the phone. He said he could come out the next day, which was perfect for me. He then asked if he could text me to keep in contact. He was great at communicating every step of the way. He came out and did a free inspection of my panels and then later that day he sent me an estimate. He was great at explaining exactly what he would be doing and was very friendly. I asked him to come the next week if possible and he was able to. His estimate is exactly what he told me the price would be and is a bit cheaper than what my neighbors said they paid with another company (the one that didn't call me back). I received before and after photos of the work done on the roof. Also I was able to pay online with a credit card after, go airline points, with no fees. :) As Roman told me the pigeons will not necessarily go away, but it's great to no have them building nest and scratching around under the panels. Roman did an outstanding job cleaning our solar panels. They were really grimy and dirty, what with the salt air and constant dust coming off from Kamehameha Highway.

Found this service on Yelp. Called them and they responded quickly and promptly. My house is very large and has trees on the windward side which always fills the gutters with leaves.
Roman came at the scheduled time and cleaned out the gutters, repaired the leaking seams and unclogged one of the down spouts. He also cleaned the solar panels and the solar water panels. He took photos of his work before and after and i was amazed at the difference. The work took a lot longer than estimated but he did not change the quoted price.

02/19/24: Again called on Roman for his work. He scheduled it quickly and came on time. Work was fantastic as always. Highly recommended.
