Our property had a lengthy list of problems, including mildew in the attic, air leaks, filthy ducts, bugs, and an outdated fireplace that was no longer functional. They were all resolved in a single packaged service by ALMS-Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co., NJ. The attic was reinsulated, the dryer vent and air ducts were cleaned, vermin were removed, the chimney was swept, the gas fireplace was fixed, and even roof damage was addressed. Their staff was productive and really concerned about our house. They gave us maintenance advice after doing a complete cleanup. The entire house feels safer, more energy-efficient, and fresher.
