I recently needed to repair the roof on my garage as it was damaged for some time. I had called multiple contractors for this job but the one that stuck out was Chris with Right Service.

He came by at the appointed time and gave me a fair price and I really liked his positive energy and attitude. I decided to go with Chris and he got to work the next day like clockwork. He finished in a timely fashion and I was happy with the finished garage roof.

I wanted to also state how he came, saw the problem and didn’t try to sell me on bells and whistles or try to turn a small repair into a greater and more expense project. He comes and does what he says and doesn’t push like the others I’ve experience.

I have been dealing with my roof leaking for some time. Luckily I got in contact with Right Service and was able to repair my roof leak. I am very satisfied with the the service. Staff responds fast and are very professional. Highly recommend.

I didn't make it past the scheduling of an estimate, because they didn't have any availability for two weeks. I found the scheduling process to be off-putting. First they were insisting that all homeowners be present for the estimate. When I told them this was 100% not possible (my partner is overseas) they had to get managerial approval to even schedule me in. After that, they took a lot of details and explained that they were going to do a 21 point inspection of my roof, attic and siding, with photos and videos, and then would give me an estimate. I didn't really want all of that, I just want the issues fixed. My roof and siding are 5 years old. We had some storm damage, that's all. Finally they told me they couldn't come out for 2 weeks. I told them to have a good day.
