JP and his team at Allstar Construction did a great job for us on our new roof. I was so impressed with JP's quote, communication and timeliness, and the roofing crew was very professional and efficient! The new roof is great and the job site was left very clean - thank-you JP and Allstar!

Collin has been super easy to work with. We had several meetings with companies for estimates and All Star came out on top. I'm really excited for this new roof!

Overall this was a good investment. JP (Salesman) was great and very informative about the project itself. His background as a contractor cannot be overstated. He even came to lay eyes on the install. Roofing crew were hard working. There was only four of them so it took some extra time each day but man so they work hard. Project cleanup......... Exceptional! If I am critical of anything, timeline, project coordination and scheduling can be tighter. As a career military guy, connecting the dots during each phase across each department is key to seemless execution. Still, five stars. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend All-star.

They showed at 7 AM and finished my multi gabed home, and shed, by 6 PM.
Including clean up. Have never seen such hard working crew. Excellent job on a difficult project. I couldn't be more satisfied. The entire process was professional and accommodating

My husband and I highly recommend All Star Construction for replacing your roof. Our roof was leaking so we called on a Friday and Collin came right away next week. Very friendly and thorough. Explained everything and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. They crew came out within two weeks to do the job. On time, efficient and cleaned up everything nicely. Got it done sooner in the day than expected. We would highly recommend this company.

These guys go above and beyond. Ben came over because I was sure I had water issues in my 2nd floor ceiling. He inspected the attic and roof, and even did some sealing in areas that looked suspicious. Turns out it was just drywall issues with the house settling. He was patient, thorough, and professional. I'll definitely be looking them up in a few years when my roof is ready.

I contacted Allstar to get an estimate on reshingling my house. Collin did an excellent job of explaining the process and options of different shingles and prices. If you can get him to give you an estimate, do so. He is very thorough and meticulous. The team arrived around 7:15 that morning and worked until dark. The next day, one of the team finished the trim and the project was finished. Good quality of workmanship and price was competitive. I'd highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I had great results with Allstar concerning the replacement of my shingles due to hail damage. The communication with Matt was wonderful.

Allstar was a fantastic company to work with and we really appreciated our representative. Matt was super knowledgeable and extremely patient as we had never dealt with a homeowner's claim prior to this experience. We had a lot of questions and Matt took the time to answer each and every one which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward with the company. From the initial inspection through estimating, scheduling, roofing and billing, Matt made himself available so we always knew what was going on and there were never any surprises. Lastly, we would like to thank Matt again for walking us through the initial insurance paperwork and explaining all the financial details. His knowledge, experience, and especially his honesty gave us a lot of faith in Allstar.

We are nearing the end of a unique teardown and rebuild project in the Cormorant area and Allstar has been very involved in the project. They installed the metal roof material last fall, the exterior siding this winter and spring, and the interior ceiling this past month.

The house is a combination of 12" thick precast concrete panels with traditional 2"x8" wood framing between the panels. This created a challenging exterior finish situation and Allstar was up to the task. They were able to do a lot of custom metal fabrication to ensure that the house is well protected from the elements while still being aesthetically pleasing.

The exterior siding products that we chose to use were not products that Allstar had worked with previously but they were adaptive and figured things out. We worked primarily with JP, Glen and his crew and were very pleased with the communication and responsiveness throughout the project.

Using Allstar was not inexpensive but we feel that they provided very good value. The quality of work and materials along with their dependability and reliability made it a very good overall experience.

We had a very positive experience with Allstar construction. Communication from the company was very good as we went through the project. The crews were very efficient and professional. The work site was very clean and all debris cleared away. Everything was completed in a timely manner. We love the new siding color and updated look.

Matt Horner was exceptional when it came to our hail claim. His attention to detail, prompt communication and time spent with the adjuster on our roof was above bar.
I recommend All Star and Matt if you want your project to go smoothly and done right the first time with the right products.

We contacted multiple places to give us an estimate to re-side our home. Allstar was one of 2 places that followed up and came to gave us one. Collin was EXCELLENT to work with! He was friendly and very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions that I had before we signed the contract. When we signed the contract (Feb), I was sure we would have had to wait until the summer to have the house done. They came in April and finished in a week! The siding looks AMAZING and the team was very professional, polite, hard working, and made sure that everything was removed and nothing was left behind. Jay was also wonderful to work with! When I had a question, both he and Collin worked together to get the answer that was helpful. We also had gutters installed. They also look amazing and that was completed in 2 days! Had a great inspection and presentation on getting a new roof. Lots of photos and an explanation that was down to earth. No hard sell. When the crew came they completed the roof in 5 hours. Cleanup was excellent.

Matt was wonderful to work with through the whole process beginning with the estimate through scheduling, tearing old roof off and putting new roof on to invoicing/billing. The All Star crew showed up at 7:15AM and had the old roof off by 10:30 and ready to start putting on the new roof by 12:00 and finished by 5:30 including clean up - they were fantastic and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

The guys at All -Star are great to work with. Brent was a great communicator and they got things done in a very timely manner. The work was done right and clean-up was good also. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Contracted with them to replace our damaged roof. They were informative, and handled all aspects of the job professionally. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly when finished.

Alex and Dupre did an excellent job coordinating and communicating with me leading up to the project. I felt the price was fair compared with other companies we received quotes from. Upon removing the old shingles we found a lot more damage from water and had to replace most of the decking on the north side of the house (with all the fixtures). They were still able to finish the project in a day, and I can now take one more worry off my mind. End result looks excellent and I am very satisfied with the quality.

The All-Star team did a very thorough job at a great price! As other businesses would not call back All-Star was quick to respond with our requests. The sales team was very thorough in helping us find the right shingle solution for our home. The install process was efficient and any issues/questions were dealt with promptly.

Had an issue with water running onto my sunroom roof rather than the gutters. Allstar designed and installed a means to resolve this problem at a reasonable cost.

I enjoyed working with both Matt and Collin. They were both very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I felt I could call them at any time and they always had time for me. They really stepped up and helped navigate working with the Insurance company!! All their crews from roofing to siding were polite and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done! If I need anything in the future I’ll call Allstar!!

Allstar was great to work with. I contacted them online and they called me the same day to come out and give us an estimate for new shingles and gutters.
We received a fair quote and they set the date fore the tear off and installation. Allstar showed up the day they said they would be there, had an 8 man crew , laid down tarps around the house and went to work! They had the tear off completely done and did a fantastic job of cleaning everything up. The next day they were back on site and installed the new shingles and a couple of days later the gutter crew showed up and completed the project that day.
Everything looks great, everything was cleaned up, no nails , no garbage. There crew and project manager are great too work with and I will be recommending Allstar to anyone who is looking for roofing and seamless gutters to call these guys.

Allstar was absolutely fabulous to work with. Alex was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly and was always willing to answer questions. Matt started by explaining and showing me what hail damage looked like. He scheduled the work quickly and the crew was neat and did great work. They had no problem with my request to do some additional work including removing old skylights.
Matt did not upsell me on additional offers whatsoever, but he was knowledgeable on an additional warranty that i saw in their brochure and a shingle upgrade (both fit for me living in a harsh climate in a house i plan to stay in for many years).
The billing process was very easy and the numbers Matt quoted me when we first met were spot on with what i paid, likely due to the fact that he dealt with my insurance company from day one. A nice bonus was they allowed me to pay with a credit card and did not charge a fee. That resulted in alot of cash back thru my credit card.

When we had hail damage on our roof, we asked our remodel contractor who to call and he highly recommended Allstar Construction. We called them and JP came out and spent alot of time with us on three different occasions until we had a plan for our roof. We decided to replace all of the fascia, soffits and gutters too. We chose an upgraded shingle that also gets us a discounted insurance rate due to the outstanding warranty. The crews came out in a very timely manner, they were professional and hard working and the communication with the Allstar professionals was top rate throughout the process. The attention they paid to detail was amazing. The finished product looks beautiful and we have gotten many compliments on all of our upgrades. Everything matches perfectly. I would highly recommend Allstar for all of your roofing needs!

Wonderful experience. They took pictures, fully explained what needs to be done and provided their expert option while not pushing the more expensive option. I also appreciated theor willingness to come and inspect my roof every year for free. They want to do it right.

What a great company! We were so impressed with this company. I hardly write reviews but had to for All-star. We had received a very costly estimate concerning a roof issue from another company. When we contacted All Star they were able to fix the issue for far less. They also went above and beyond regarding a possible warranty issue with our roof that we didn't know about. I'd call them in a heartbeat if I had a roof issue again.

From the beginning to the end it went so smoothly! The workers that were here were so fantastic. They all worked hard and fast. They truly know what they are doing. Our roof was leaking during a heavy rain storm the other night. Called Allstar this morning and they got Collin out here this afternoon.

He was able to give me an estimate, explain what happened and even spoke with my insurance company's claims department over the phone for me.

Collin was professional and courteous, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions.

I had reached out to a number of companies for a quote on a roof leak. Allstar was the first to respond and Shelby was helpful. I was able to schedule a visit and JP arrived on time and identified the issue after spending time on our roof and in the attic. He went above and beyond to do a repair during the visit. We've had a couple of rainstorms since and the attic is dry. Would highly recommend Allstar.

The team at All Star did a great job siding my new shed. They helped me pick materials to match our house perfectly. We had some issues with the “metal wood” but All Star quickly and without question fixed it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

All Star had a crew of guys to install the roof on our new home by Turtle lake South of Lake Park MN. They showed up on time, got to work right away and had the the whole project wrapped up in 2 1/2 days including shingles and steel roofing. It was 95 degrees and there was not a mark on any of the roofing or any debris left on the ground. They were a hard working bunch of guys and I would recommend All Star to anyone looking for a great job installing a roof.

Extremely long story short-we were told our 3 doors would be installed in one business day once they showed up within 3 months of the day we signed our contract. Turned into 11 months of waiting for our new doors and four extra days having to be taken off work because All Star kept ordering the wrong doors. The latch on one door also doesn't work-you have to lock the deadbolt in order for it to not blow open in a breeze. Also very poor communication. Not once in those 11 months did they reach out to us with an update, or to schedule the work. We always contacted them first.

When the hail storms came through they were quick and efficient with getting my roof and siding repaired right away. Even though they were super busy I got a very fair price on short notice. Would highly recommend!

Matt and his team were outstanding! The team arrived early and worked hard all day until they finished the job at 9 PM! The team tarped my home during one rain storm and worked right through another. I know the guys were soaked but they just kept working right through the storm! The job was completed on time and on budget. They truly live up to the name “All Star Construction”!
I have only placed 4 stars because there was an internal communication breakdown concerning a follow up visit that caused some delay. The follow up visit has been completed and the issue has been resolved.

Got the job done very quick. Billy was very easy to work with and responded to my calls and messages. Quality was excellent.

Update: since the last review I've had nothing but issues unfortunately.

Got a bid for new shingles, gutters, etc... Took months to get the roofers scheduled, the work they did was good. But the Gutters has been nothing short of miserable. Was told they will be out there several times, no one ever shows, and no one calls to let me know what's going on. Today I called to see why they were not there again, was told the gutter guards were backordered 3 weeks. How can that be if you were scheduled to start last Thursday? I cancelled the order, will not do business with a company that doesn't communicate.

FYI - if you call the local office, you get an answering service who takes down all of your information then passes you on to someone in the office, if they are there. It sure seems to me that they are woefully understaffed, if that's not it, it's badly mismanaged.

The guys got things done fast what needed to be done right away and hot me set up with a loan. Everybody very professional and friendly
