All Pro remodeled our basement which included wall replacement, new flooring, and rebuilding our bar area.
Wade gave us good ideas about the reconstruction and he communicated well. Art listened and incorporated our ideas into the project. He was patient with answering questions and skilled in all aspects of the job. Everything looks great and we’re happy with the results!

After a devastating flood, I thought my home was ruined! Thank god the insurance company sent Allpro my way! Although Progressive may suck, these guys definitely do not. They promptly fixed my drywall and flooring. The water restoration services are second to none. Would recommend

I'm very happy with the work done in my bathroom due to water damage. The people at All pro did there work extremely well and the crew is very nice and I will definitely have them remodel my kitchen in the future.

I wish I could rate this company at zero stars. I had water damage from a bathroom leak and needed repairs. The insurance company sent over Allpro Construction Inc and the name definitely isn't befitting of the quality of service I received. I wasn't impressed with the absence of professionalism, the lack of communication, and the inability complete the job in a timely manner. Allpro called constantly when they wanted the deductible paid but once it was paid, the communication became non-existent.

On 04/17/24, I received the work order on what work Allpro claimed would be done. On 04/18/24, the deductible was paid....on 04/23/24, after not hearing anything from the company for a week, I reached out to Wade who stated that drywall was being hung finally.....On 04/30/24 I reached out to the company again after not hearing or seeing any work being done and was informed that the "contractor called in sick. he "should" make it over.....so after wasting two weeks, I cut my losses and went with another company that had everything completed in two days.

Please learn from my mistakes. Do NOT do business with Allpro.

Allpro Comment:
It was very difficult to get ahold of you when you were out of town

My Response:
1. Not once did I have a missed call or text from anyone at Allpro. 2. On 04/02/24, Allpro sent over an estimate that was approved by the insurance company and myself. The estimate outlined everything they claimed that they would be doing. (So they knew exactly what needed to be done).
3. The insurance company paid them and so did I, so they were paid in full by 04/17/24. (They were paid in advance)
4. Allpro had a key to an empty residence so there were not obstructions.

Allpro Comment:
One of our employees got food poisoning.......We were prepared to have one of our employees come out the next day....blah blah blah.

My Response:
An Allpro employee hung drywall on 04/23/24 and no Allpro employee returned to finish the work afterwards. Allpro was ultimately fired by me on 04/30/24 after no communication and no additional work had been done.

Work is still ongoing, but so far they have been excellent about adapting to the problems that my house has and reaching good, workable solutions. Given the issues that have arisen, this has proven invaluable to me!

We had upstairs plumbing in our home break and cause water damage to the rooms below. AllPro construction did an excellent job restoring our home. Wade Boyer was a pleasure to work with. He is skilled at navigating the complexities of insurance claims, and managing work flow and trades. We would not wish anyone experience the damage we did, but if you have a calamity, AllPro will set it right!

I hired Allpro to remodel my kitchen. They did a standup job, and were friendly to work with. I am very pleased with the results.

I am in the process of working with this company. Wade is my contractor and he is very professional and keep me up to date on the job being done on my rental property.

There is a disgruntled tenant that gave a bad review about Wade the contractor being racist. Renata Gardner is lying because wade let her know he has been in contact with me the owner and that no one should be at the property. She is currently not at the property but have someone else staying there. Wade did let me know what is going on because this is preventing him from completing the work.

Shame On you Renanta for using the race card.

Although our bathroom model was a long process, I couldn't be happier. It was an insurance claim so took a bit and submitted to insurance several times with changes and revisions which is frustrating at first. Takes several days on insurance end then several on companies end. They did their best to keep us satisfied in the end and addressed any issues we brought up. They have an exceptional gentleman that handles their cabinetry and wood-working. He also is very good in many other areas. The employees were also patient with us as well throughout the whole process. Unsure why the low rating but I can assume it boils down to the individual workers who complete the work and whoever manages the project.

In response to the few reviews, we do not give away work for free and we expect payment when the job has been completed. We do not negotiate on the estimate once work is complete. Otherwise our employees are exceptional and they take pride in their work We work directly with the insurance companies to make sure homes are put back per insurance guidelines. Also employees need to be able to work with all customers not just the selected few and do what they are told.

I too had an extreme amount of damage to approx 50 percent of my house. I turned it in to my insurance company on June 3rd. The job just got done a week ago. I think the date was the the 17 of February. Not a good company to deal with at all. Remember the governments 1000 dollar hammers, well need I say more, I'm not going into specifics , just be very careful. And if u deal with wade Boyer, get everything in writing. Email, texts, smoke signals anything just don't ever talk on the phone or in person. Things change to much.

I started managing this house that had an insurance claim for a bathroom water leak. The owner moved out and I had to coordinate with Wade for the rest of the repairs. During this time the new tenant moved in. I told Wade we needed to give the tenant 24 hours notice for them to come in to finish the work. He would call me at 8:00 PM to try to show up at 9:00 AM the next morning. Then be annoyed with me because I didn't answer after business hours. It took him almost a month to finish the work that would have taken 2 days with one of my other contractors. The bathroom vanity sink (he installed) started leaking and he told me that was normal to leak a little after a new install. I told him no it was not normal. He did finally come out and install a new vanity since this now had some water damage. He tried to tell me that the cabinet/towel rack had to be ordered (I saw online that it was in stock at several local home depot). Then they installed this cabinet in the wrong bathroom. Then the owner's called me to tell me he placed a lien on their property within 2 weeks of completing the work - keep in mind this was an insurance claim and the owner hadn't received the check yet and he knew it! One of the worst experience I've had with a contractor and I work with a lot of contractors. I can't believe USAA referred him.

I had water damage to my kitchen and dining room due to a faulty dishwasher. A major remodel job. I explained that I had just started a new job and could not take time off and would require an evening or weekend appointment for an estimate. I was told that I needed to find another contractor because they do not operate that way. They obviously don't want my business!

Service questions

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
