Sergio was great to work with, efficient and responsive. He was prompt in providing estimates for both repairing and replacing our existing gutters. We chose to go with a new install, adding drip edge and flashing. We appreciated his expertise in addressing some problem areas, good communication skills, workmanship and professionalism. In addition to installing heat cables he also hung a few strands of Christmas lights in some high places! Would recommend.

Sergio made the whole process easy getting gutters. He was able to come out within a day to give a estimate and then had the gutters installed within the week. Highly recommend!

I didn't get what I asked for...........

I requested to have gutters installed to help keep the siding protected from the rain and harsh winter weather we have in Leavenworth. I explained in detail to Sergio what the issues have been in the past, what I have done, and how gutters could help. My home already had heat strips installed and I explained to Sergio that heat strips needed to be installed in the gutters as well. We also discussed him helping re-hang heat strips in an area that needed a little attention. He sent me a quote we discussed it and on this phone conversation decided to exclude one area of gutters, I felt was not necessary. We agreed on a new price and scheduled the work. After the work was done I asked why the heat strips were not in the gutters. He explained to me over text that he never planned to do anything with heat strips and it was never included in the bid. And that if I wanted him to install the heat strips it would be an additional $850. The amount of gutters installed were less then 40 feet. I was shocked by his response. I would have never asked anyone to install gutters in Leavenworth, WA and not want heat strips. All Valley has a very nice website with so much helpful information. The website clearly shows how damaging snow and ice can be to your home and gutters. Sergio, gave me a quote after he visited my home and talked with me over the phone about heat strips. I'm curious why when installing these gutters or when giving me the quote would not suggest heat strips in my gutters. I have not been able to get a clean answer from Sergio.

If you decide to use this company, follow up ANY phone conversation with a email. And if you live in Leavenworth, WA and need to install gutters, you will need to have heat strips too. And if you use All Valley Painting and Gutters, make sure Sergio knows you want heat strips, because he won't tell you.

Sergio showed up as promised and completed the gutter install as bid. He was very professional, communicated well, and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend him to anyone needing gutter work.

Sergio was easy to communicate with. He was willing to work with us on some unusual requests. The exterior painting and roof heat tape installation we're done in an excellent manner. There was no negative part to the experience.

All Valley Painting and Gutters, LLC replaced old gutters that never functioned appropriately. He replaced and re-routed water run off. They responded in a timely manner with functional solutions for a fair cost and got it done ahead of time. They cleaned up after they were done. We just had new gutters installed and could not be happier!! Sergio and his team did a phenomenal job. They showed up on time, used high quality materials, and were very thoughtful in how they blended the new gutters with the existing historic fascia board on our 1930s home.

The company is new but don’t let that scare you. The experience and professionalism of Sergio and Pier speak for themselves. They communicate clearly and did exactly what they said they would do. Hard to find service like this these days.

Additionally they guarantee their work and will come back to fix or make any adjustments if needed. I’m not expecting to have any issues.
