They repaired my roof 2 years ago giving me a 5 year warranty on workmanship and 25 years on material. Noticed problems after Approx. 19 months. Reported this to them 2 weeks ago. They promptly came out to inspect and agreed that water was getting under the coating They installed. They told me they would get back to me in 4 days with a proposed fix. It has now been 10 days and no call back even after I left one message reminding them about the promised call back.
You can tell how good a company is by how they handle problems. So far I am quite disappointed.
The warranty was honored and a repair has been made to satisfy the situation. I would work with them again. This is an honorable company.

This company never showed up for the appointment and never called to say why they are a no show for the appointment. My husband called their office and left a message and we never received a call back, instead we got an email 3 days later giving us a lame excuse for the no show and quoting us 1,200. I will never ever use this company and I highly do not recommend this business. You can’t do a simple task as to show up for an appointment or call to reschedule, that says a lot about your work ethics and priority with customers.
