Had 1 leak a few month later due to some sealer around a vent cracking and they fixed it and verified every other vent on the roof on the same day I called. We used All Seasons Metal Roofing (ASMR) to install our standing seam metal roof in May 2021. We chose ASMR for the following reasons:

1. They do not use sub-contractors. The owner (Dan) was onsite (and on the roof) every day.
2. They maintained excellent communication during the bid process. In fact, they were the only company in town that would even talk to me about price over the phone.
3. They are metal roof experts.

The job started and ended on time and on budget. The ASMR crew were onsite and working everyday around 8:00 am and worked until 5-6 pm. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. Dan was transparent and updated me daily on their progress. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

ASMR did quality work for a reasonable price. I would certainly use them again.

All I can say Dan and crew are awesome. Excellent job on everything. Nice to see there are companies that still care about the customer, and quality of work. Highly Highly recommend!!!!!

The Dan called the day before to let me know they would be arriving the next day. He arrived promptly at 6:30 with his entire crew. They replaced my entire roof and gutters and were finished by 3:00. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up every scrap and were pleasant and friendly, always willing to answer questions. Also I should mention that their pricing was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased with this company.

These guys showed up and I had an old cedar shake roof off in 12 hours on day one and a completely new beautiful country red roof back on with gutters by the end of the next day. They are all kind, courteous and professional.

All Seasons installed a metal roof on an old farm house which had several modifications over the years. They carefully worked all the different pitches and angles - the finished appearance is excellent. They worked quietly and efficiently - the job site was clean and orderly. Had Dan and his crew replace our asphalt roof with metal this summer. His crew was the most professional, prompt, polite, clean, and positive experience we have ever had with any contractor. They did awesome work even on some sweltering days. We had rain mid job and they kept the in progress area well covered (the rain stayed out unlike our old roof). They corrected several issues from past work and gave ineradicable results. Dan was able to mount our satellite dish safely and securely on the new roof. (some of the other estimates we had gotten refused to have it back on the roof even though it was the only possible location). He even got it back in place so well that the satellite tech, I had assumed would be needed, didn't need to adjust anything. I am several months late in leaving this review. We have had hard rain and wind and not a single problem. Fabulous work and workers!!!!!

I have a 60 year old barn on my property with a metal roof. It was in desperate need of repainting. I got an estimate for scraping and repainting the old tin. I also got an estimate from All Seasons to replace the tin. It was much cheaper to replace the tin, and I would never have to worry about it again. I am so pleased with All Seasons, they did a wonderful job. I love my barn! Thank You!

I selected this roofing company because they had all positive and local reviews. The metal for the roof is from Max Kendall Lumber and Tin and has a warranty. Dan Lukehart provided a very reasonable estimate and a list of my neighbors in the Penuel Church (Route 29) area who he had successfully completed roofs for. Within a few days Dan and his five man crew arrived early and completed the house and an additional storage building roof in 5 hours. The work was completed correctly. They were not sloppy and double checked their work as well as made sure to pick up screws on the ground with a magnetic tool.

Awesome company they did a great job on my roof, no money down and you don't pay them until the job is complete.
