The All Restored team of Mike Horseman, Shawn Osborne, Wes Morris and Mike Kibler is top notch - professional and efficient with high level expertise. They were always available and responsive, communicating with us on a regular basis. Team was super nice & exceeded expectations in all respects-

All restored was terrific. The young men who did the mitigation for us were professional, courteous polite and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend them for any job you may need.

For a water leak in bathroom which traveled to adjoining room, crew came out Day 1 (Monday) and cut out 6' x 2' piece of floor and carpet in adjoining room (took carpet and threw away so now continuous carpet in 3 rooms and hallway need replaced) and removed vanity top in bathroom. Day 2 I told them I was unhappy with progress and they removed toilet, flooring, and vanity in bathroom, but not the shower stall (floor was wet under that). Day 3 one crew member showed up and did moisture reading - nothing else. Day 4 did not show up. Day 5 supervisor showed up to inspect. I explained my displeasure and said floor was wet underneath shower stall. Crew came out Day 6 (Monday) and removed shower stall, damaging beyond use. Picture shows what I was left with in bathroom. Day 7 supervisor came out to inspect and said still moisture where shower stall met adjoining floor. Asked supervisor if something couldn't be placed to deter spiders and rodents and to conserve my heat. (Plastic was stapled to adjoining room floor on first day.) Day 8 another crew member came out and stapled plastic to bathroom floor, no subfloor or temporary floor laid in either room. Day 9 I contacted supervisor and said crew did not take shower stall and they needed to remove the debris they left. Day 10 crew picked up remaining items. This is what I'm left with. Worst job I ever had done! Definitely going with a reputable company for reconstruction.

All Restored did an amazing job with our mitigation! We had a leak in our kitchen that caused a lot of damage- and they came out quickly and helped dry everything out and remove the damaged flooring, drywall, and cabinets. Michael Horseman managed the project and was very professional and communicated often throughout the process - responding to our questions and concerns and solving for problems when they arose. Wesley Morris was our crew chief and he was a welcome sight each day as we were going through this ordeal - he led the daily tasks and was efficient and professional - always on time and very communicative. Toby Sipe, Cameron Sipe, and Christian Roberts also helped with our project and we extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this team enough! While this is NOT something I want to go through again, they made the process as smooth and pleasant as possible, and I always trusted they had our best interests in mind. Thank you!

Our experience with All Restored could not have been better! They promptly responded to our dilemma and worked closely with us every step of the way. Whenever we had an issue we were able to speak with a person, not a machine! Our project manager, in particular, gave us excellent recommendations during the reconstruction phase which resulted in a beautiful restored condition of our property. All of the personnel were extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and we would highly recommend them.

Working with All Restored was such a positive experience! I had a water leak which involved and insurance claim. Mike, Justin and the team at All Restored were very knowledgeable and professional. They helped me navigate the claims process so all sides were satisfied with the outcome. The quality of their work was excellent. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I'd recommend All Restored to anyone!

All Restored is an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Justin is very friendly, responsive, and communicates well. And they do beautiful, top-quality work! Do not hesitate to call these guys!

When it comes to water mitigation, All Restored did a solid job when our basement flooded after a pipe burst. After calling insurance that evening they were out the next morning and within 24 hours had all the damaged material removed and dryers and dehumidifiers set up for a week until the space was dry.

When it comes to everything else, there’s a lot left to be desired. We expected someone to come quote for the repairs within a couple days of the dryers coming out. After a week of waiting I had to call them and remind them we were waiting and someone came the next day. When I asked how long the process to restore the space would take he could only tell me it would be two weeks before a project manager would reach out once insurance accepted the estimate and then it could be another 6-8 weeks before work actually started. We’d effectively lose our space for the whole summer. A week later, our insurance company still needed more information All Restored hadn’t collected and had to send someone out to finalize the estimate, which they approved within a few days.

Now a month since the date of the damage I reached out to All Restored to try and schedule them for part of the restoration job. While it may take them 6-8 weeks to restore the drywall, a company we’d worked with on renovations previously could do it within the next 10 days. It made more sense to go with them. But, they don’t do carpet work, so I hoped to have All Restored handle that. I called to schedule a meeting and it took multiple calls and broken promises of a call back over a full week before someone finally called me and reviewed it — then told me unless they were doing the whole job it wasn’t worth their time.

So, all told, All Restored wasted a month of my time in delays on even telling me if they’d do the restoration work. While the water mitigation was fairly quick and thorough, the rest of the process gave me the impression they take on more work than they can actually handle and unless it’s high dollar it’s not worth their time.

Update:

I should edit my review in light of All Restored’s response to clarify a few points. First and foremost, All Restored is correct that as a company that is more of a general contractor, it does make sense that they’d not be a good fit for just the flooring aspect of the job.

The core problem here is that Nationwide relies on All Restored’s approach to restoration to determine the path they’ll cover, but All Restored’s path to restoration isn’t a path any other company will take related to flooring.

Now, All Restored says this is how Nationwide makes them put it together — attempt to repair before replace — and Nationwide claims that they don’t do that (I’m inclined not to believe the insurance company, ever). Regardless, it’s not fair that a company that doesn’t do flooring is being put in the position of being tasks as the experts in how to restore flooring by an insurance company.

So, let that stand as a softening of my review. I will still leave it at 3 stars though because the responsiveness and me having to be the one to constantly make repeat phone calls left a lot to be desired.

Owner and staff are pleasant and were attentive to my concerns in completing the work that needed to be done. The project took longer than anticipated, but they ensured that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Michael did a great job after my water heater broke. The guys came out and quickly placed down fans and dehumidifiers and scheduled for a plumber to come out and replace. I appreciate all that the team did

We had an electrical fire in our furniture store. We were unsure on who to call. I’m so glad we call All Restored Inc. Dallas (Owner) and Jake (Project Manager) were awesome throughout the entire renovation process from start to finish. Jake was very knowledgable and diligent, getting us back up and running. Would highly recommend and will call All Restored Inc. back, if we ever have another issue occur.

Working with All Restored on a water remediation and then to a remodel was a smooth transition

We needed our bathroom/bedroom repaired due to water damage. The workers did an amazing job. The staff were very punctual, polite, courteous, clean and tidy in the workspace and accommodating to request. They were knowledgeable about the job they were hired to complete and kept us informed during the completion of the repairs. When contacted they responded quickly. The workers also had a great sense of humor.

I've never been a customer with this company but i see they have my old landline number that has been in my family since the 1960's. Then I kept my grandmother's landline number until 2017. I was the second owner of my grandmother's number. All restored Inc is the actual 3rd owner of this phone number. I'm glad they have it. It was listed under Richards family for over 70 years.

Fantastic work performance done by these craftsmen who are employed by this company which does home repair projects like "FIRE,WIND,WATER,& SMOKE DAMAGE".

Very pleased with the prompt response to my insurance claim and the level of professionalism and quality work performed by their employees and contractors. The roof looks great and was completed in only two days. An overall excellent experience. It was also impressive to see the work ethic of those actually replacing the roof. They came when they said, started working immediately and continued until the end of the work day. They were quiet and very polite and friendly. A good group of people.

After wind damage to my roof, Insurance company recommended All Restored Inc. They were very professional, arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. We were very satisfied with their work. The roof looks great!

Run away from this company!! The team for water mitigation led by Chris was awsome. Since then the owner, Dallas Glass, had to fire the project manager that handled my flood from 2016. Bit he is refusing to take care of guaranteed work because they messed up and he doesnt like the cost of the repair work. It was and has been a horrible experience. I am requesting that usaa never use all restored in the future.

I cannot begin to say how happy I am with my experience with All Restored Inc. We had a house fire and Nationwide Insurance company highly recommended All Restored to do the cleanup and repairs. I was amazing and on how quickly they responded. They went out of their way to assist us with all our concerns. They were understanding and very empathetic to our situation.
There have been many occasions where Dallas and his fantastic staff have put in extra time to ensure that we were satisfied with the service we were receiving, but this was already evident due to the hard work that was being put into our home.
