Had mold remediation done on our home, They were quick to come out and give us a quote on the damage and solutions we needed to have done. We were quoted a price and it ended up being that price. They were a great crew and did an amazing job to solve the mold, fix the base problem then reconstruct the closet and bathroom. Could not love my new closet and bathroom. It is beautiful and so amazing!!! Thank you to the absolutely amazing job that was done. Everyone was respectful and courteous.

ALL NO! Terrible communication with myself and amongst themselves and forgetful ( I had to consistently call/text to confirm/remind them of things) Timeliness horrible (it took a year to “ complete” a small bathroom UNNECESSARY!) Contractor's were not the best with the exception of one ( he came in at the very end to fix a prior contractors work) I even voiced my concerns from day one and was told to wait for the finished product (hindsight I should’ve known better then, yet trusting a friend) Unorganized to say the least! I missed many hours of work and sleep to accommodate late or even NO SHOWS (at times just for them to pick up half used/unused products) It looks good to the naked eye yet when you are the one using it daily it is frustrating to see the inconsistencies in the work that was done for all the frustration, uprooting of normality in daily living(had to shower at relatives houses for weeks on end) So now that the job is “complete” I still have a shower door that isn’t caulked completely( so it leaks when I rinse the shower out after cleaning or using it) a window with broken springs, a small leak from subpar grout work, I may need the grout work redone already because of cracks in it. And a window that was negotiated 50/50 to get fixed and still haven’t heard from them.

I had a great experience with this company. The remediation was done with urgency which prevented drywall damage. The owners and workers were both professional and attentive.

My experience with all pro properties solutions is definitely very, very pleasing. The time that the company takes to make sure they wrap your merchandise up prior to shipping and the labeling of each box so that you know the contents in each. I mean, just outstanding work! I would recommend them to anybody that needs to move or needs assistance with mold issues from water or fire damage to their merchandise. It was a breath of fresh air to have professionals!

The people at All Pro are always very professional and courteous. I cannot thank All Pro enough. A pipe burst at our property and they were there quick to access the damage and remove the water quickly. After removing the water, they removed the flooring to be dried out and put everything back together like new. Mark and Marcus are also incredibly knowledgable about basements, mold and foundations, which is incredibly helpful throughout any project.

I've known Marcus Dixson for a couple of years and we've talked about his business several times over that span. I've seen documentation of the work he's done on several jobs and have been very impressed. All Pro is thorough and cares about their clients.

Fortunately, I've not had the need to have any mitigation or restoration where I live but, if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Marcus.

Marcus and Mark from All Pro Property Solutions are fantastic. I'm a local State Farm Agent in Ypsilanti and All Pro has helped several of my customers with homeowner claims. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. My customers were very pleased with the work and would recamend. My customer Joe had water damage from a failed sump pump. He had concerns of mold and even worries that a restoration company would rip out more than needed. All Pros team dried out the space and repaired all damaged walls and floors leaving the space better than before. Unlike many large restoration companies who will just do the demo/tryout and then run. All Pro can do it all. The remediation and restoration. It makes my job easier when my customers can find a company that is fair, honest and as professional as this team.

My basement flooded late January 2024. I called on a Friday, mid-morning and the whole basement was gutted and semi-dry by 8pm the same day. The overall mitigation was phenomenal. Following that great work, I trusted them, so I hired All Pro to be our contractor. It started off great, but over the last 7 months there has been extreme dissatisfaction and frustration when it comes to communication as well as quality of work. To date, 7/26/24, my basement is still not 100% done. After relentlessly voicing my concerns they’ve offered to come look at the problems but I’ve moved on. As a customer and becoming a first time Dad in May, I’m out of patience and I’m way past being inconvenienced and ignored for days or a week at a time.

I truly enjoyed the fantastic job that the crew did for my roof. It was great the crew cleaned up everything and Mark the Owner was great to work with.
