All Phases Building

If you are considering hiring John who owns All Phases Building. It is my strong recommendation that you do. We hired John to rebuild the 1,000 sqre foot, 3 level, 4 staircase deck attached to our house. He diffinately meet the challenge head on. He came promptly on time everyday, he worked diligently, his knowledge and skills were without a doubt evident right from the beginning. As our deck took shape he overcame the challenges and showed us what a master he really is at his craft. John went above and beyond, he truly met all of our expectations and them some. Our deck is not only beautiful, it is strong and was built to last. It will endure the weather and adds so much value to our home. Whatever project you are considering for your home, if you want to hire someone whose trustworthy, knowledgeable and a skilled contractor. John is a one man show who will not let you down, you will not be disappointed. We are so grateful and thankful for his work and our amazing deck. We are excited to hire him again, for our next project.

I am very pleased with All Phases Building. I have used them on three projects at my home. I find John reliable and trustworthy providing work as agreed upon. He is a good communicator and listens to what I want. The last job he did was to replace a 5' slider with a 3' open-out door with an 18" side light and dog door. I could not have been happier with the results. I will continue to use and refer All Phases Building.

After finding that I had extreme water damage in my kitchen, which would involve a total kitchen remodel, I contacted All Phases Building. John, the owner, was helpful, efficient and professional through the whole process. The extensive kitchen remodeled included new cabinets, new flooring, plumbing and electrical. My home is older which required many areas of his expertise and John was proficient in all. He also did additional work such as adding a pantry closet, moving a laundry room, removing two walls and everything that it involved.
I am very pleased with all of the completed work and I would highly recommend John with All Phases Building.

Long Version:
We wanted to remodel our kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and adding an additional wall to our open floorplan home.

John came over and took a look, gave us a lot of very valuable advice and options. He was able to help with cabinet providers and other vendors.

The install was totally smooth. On time and on budget. The workmanship was excellent and we got a kitchen and modified floorplan for our home that we couldn't be happier with.

My advice; call John and tell him what you want. Then ask his advice and listen. You will be glad you did. John will probably give you options you have not even considered.

Once you have made your final decisions let John take care of everything, You wont have to worry about anything,

You will get more than you paid for and it will be hassle free.

John replaced a small bathroom shower with a large one, added a small wall, painted, and replaced the tile floor in our bathroom. He also replaced a damaged door and installed a ceiling-mount chimney kitchen range hood. All work was done with extreme quality, efficiency, and at a reasonable cost. Without hesitation, I recommend All Phases Building.

John was a pleasant surprise in our community. He works efficiently and maintains a concern for his clients. I will use his company again.

Let me tell you a story.

My brother-in-law has a friend that is a contractor and he built an awning over their porch. It looked like he did a good job so we got him to do the same thing. A year later we had him split a rather large room in our home into two rooms.

This project quickly spiraled into disaster. What was supposed to take a week turned into 3 months. We decided to have another contractor come in and see if he could take over. He immediately found that pretty much everything the first guy did was wrong. I mean all of it.

Turns out the original guy falsified his licensing and and credentials and hasn't been licensed in over a decade.

Fearing that the awning was also built incorrectly, we had him look at that and he again found multiple code violations and shoddy work.

So now we were stuck in the middle of a home reno knowing that it was all done incorrectly and dangerously, having already paid for most of it and being in a bind.

I contacted multiple contractors to get bids to redo the room and deal with the awning and John from All Phases was the most attractive option to us.

He had a very competitive price to do the project, was extremely honest and upfront about what the costs were and how long it was going to take.

He was very serious about the schedule. The second day of the job one of his workers showed up 3 hours late and he fired him on the spot and did work himself to stay on schedule.

When he ran into unforeseen issues, he was upfront about what our options were and how much it would cost and considering our situation of essentially paying to do something twice, even gave us some discounts basically out of just being a great guy.

I CANNOT recommend him enough. We finished only 2 days behind schedule and that was because of reasons beyond his control.

His main worker, Misael is great too. Super friendly and does an incredible job.

If you need remodeling work done, or even if you're looking for a full custom build he does it all. This is probably the only honest contractor left in the greater Seattle area. Do yourself a favor and at least get him to bid on your project. You won't regret it.

John was great to work with - he was incredibly professional, polite, and responsive. We hired him to put in our new front door on a very old house and we could not be happier with his craftsmanship. During the project, he consulted with us on decisions and advised based on his years of experience.  I will gladly recommend them to any of my family and friends!
