Tom was one of the few people that helped me fix an issue I was experiencing the very same day I called. I was in an unexpected situation and called around to at least 10 different roofing companies and they all said they couldnt help me for a few days. Tom send over a technician in about 40 minutes and they quickly helped me resolve my issue. I was so relieved and I paid the technician for his time. In the future I will be reaching out to this company for roof needs because most others are too busy to help or you'll have to get on a long wait-list to even get inspected. We had two skylights installed and our whole first floor ceiling painted. Lina is an EXPERT and takes so much pride in his work. He is meticulous. For example, there were a couple places where the white ceiling paint was on our gray walls, and he offered to paint those parts because it “bothered him.” He is a true professional. We are so happy with our choice. Thank you!

We have used All in One Roofing twice. We had a simple partial gutter replacement done and they were timely and very cost-efficient, especially since it was a very small job. Then several months later we thought we may have found a major roofing issue. All in One changed their schedule to make sure they could provide a roof inspector immediately. (Within hours of our call!) Luckily for us, the professional All in One Roofing inspector found no issues. Tom and his crews were timely and diligent from the roof inspection, dealing with insurance, material and finish selection, and roof installation. They were flexible with scheduling and coordination, as I was also having my chimney rebuilt with a separate contractor. Pricing was very fair and the quality and workmanship were excellent. Would work with them again, if the need arises.

My roof was in horrible shape, but Tom made this a wonderfully seamless repair for me. His quote was done quickly, it was competitive, and his ability to do the work quickly put All In One over the top. Start to finish was complete within two weeks, with pictures of the full new roof to show. I had an ice dam this past winter and hired All In One Roofing for an emergency removal. The job was to remove 6ft of ice but they went above & beyond and removed 10ft of ice. I later called them back to replace the back of the roof where I had the leak. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to other roofers. They also installed more ice & wind shield then agreed to. Also, they replaced some cracked wood and flashings without additional charges. I am extremely happy with their work & value and would highly recommend them.

We had All in One build a complete front elevation change on our ranch home in Skokie. It turned out great. They built us a new porch with supporting columns and new roof line. Tom was a wealth of knowledge and his employees were courteous and always on time as scheduled. Tom obtained all necessary permits and when it was finished passed the final inspection. Tom recommended we add thin brick to the bottom of the columns and that really made the whole project come to fruition. I'd highly recommend All in One for all home improvement projects. We had All in One provide a complete tear off and replacement of the sloped asphalt shingle roofs on our house and garage including replacement of some sheathing and 2 skylights. Their price was in line with two other estimates and they had completed some work on a neighbors house so I went with them. The foreman, Alex, was easy to get hold of and communicate with. Aside from uncontrollable weather delays, they were on time in doing the work and completed everything on schedule. We've had multiple heavy rains since installation with no apparent issues. I would use them for future work on my house.
