Of course it is Friday and the water heater figured it would go BAD!!! Leaking all over the basement. Called these guys and they had a tech that was available. Early afternoon. Great water heater, professionally installed and a professional Bradford White. Made my weekend with hot water. All plumbing was perfect and Ron and Chris did the perfect job. Kudos for the team for a perfect job well done.

They were over in under an hour of my call. They did the entire job for less than the labor on a quote given from another company. I will definitely call them for future jobs.

Had a blocked toilet in our home (only toilet available for use at the time due to construction)- called All About You and they were out the same day, thank goodness! They assessed the situation and had great communication regarding concerns, recommendation and associated pricing and were excellent about communicating with me prior to making decisions. We just had All About You Plumbing out to clear 3 drain lines. They were fast efficient affordable and did a great job. Super professional. Will use them again. And I will recommend them to everybody.

I don't think you fully understood my point. I never said that I was forced into using your service nor did I say that you were too expensive nor did I say you didn't complete the job. What I'm saying is that Joe said out loud what your hourly rate is and what he initially said during the consultation didn't add up to what the final price was and that feels sketchy to me. If you guys don't charge by the hour then he shouldn't have brought up what the hourly rate was, rather tell me what the fixed rate is and that would've avoided all this problem. But there was never any mention of fixed rate. If you can't see the fault in that, it just seems like you're incapable of taking constructive criticism. Also if you're going to bring up driving cost, you guys are only 4minutes away from our house so I don't know how that would equate to $50 additional charge.

I would've given 5 stars but there was some sketchiness regarding payment. Joe came out with another guy (whom I can't remember his name) to fix our radon fan. During the initial consultation 2 weeks ago, Joe had mentioned that it would be $150/hr for labor and it would be a 2hr job. I was fine with that and scheduled the service. They came by today and Joe gave me a new quote since the original quote included them providing the fan. And all of sudden the labor had increased to $200/hr after removing the fan fee and the quote came out to be $399. They got the fan that we provided replaced in 30 MINUTES. Since it was 1.5hr faster than what he had quoted, I asked if the price is still the same and Joe said unfortunately yeah and then later acted like he was doing me a favor and lowered the cost to $200. That just feels like he wasn't being honest and was trying to upcharge the heck out of us if I hadn't asked. He must've thought that I didn't remember him saying $150/hr for labor part for him to raise the price $50. And during the initial consultation, I asked about the price increasing and he said the estimates are good for a year so there shouldn't have been increase in labor cost in the span of 2 weeks. They knocked on my door at 8:57 (I know because I checked my phone to see what time it was when they knocked) and left at 9:30. So if I have to pay for the full hour because they were 3minutes into the next half hour, sure that's fine but at least be honest about what you're charging. I'm really disappointed and just sketched out. I paid in cash and Joe just said you can just mark on your copy so I didn't even get a receipt. So if you're going to use them, just make sure to ask them to write down everything because or else you'll be upcharged or you could simply find your business elsewhere.

This company knows what they are doing and do it well. Dave and Dan were so amazing and personable. I had been stressing all day about water backing up in my basement, less than 30 minutes later all clear. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Dan and another gentleman came out and replaced our hotwater heater. They were patient and answered all of my questions. Then ensured that the new water heater was working and made sure hot water was working in all faucets. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Dave and Dan are two of the most knowledgeable and professional plumbers I have met. Dan and Dave just completed replacement of old pipes and other items in my home. Both Dan and Dave explained what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Dan and Dave went above and beyond and we are 100% satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Dan and Dave did an amazing job at our house the last couple days with the installation of new water pipes in our downstairs bathroom as well as relocating the toilet. Their attention to detail was spot on as well as explaining things to me that I had questions about and issues that could arise with an older home like ours. Kelly was also awesome from the time I called to set up a walkthrough and see what needed to be done in the bathroom but also keeping me in the loop and calling to confirm everything was still good to go after the Holidays. From start to finish their whole team was phenomenal. If you want quality work from everyone involved in your next plumbing needs I would without a doubt recommend All About You Plumbing and Heating and will continue to use them with anything we need in the future. 10/10

Ron provided first class service for the repair we needed on a Sunday night. He was on time, clean professional and reliable. I would gladly request him for any future plumbing and heating needs

The owner came out and did a locate to map the drain pipes under my basement concrete foundation. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated to the point of full obstruction. 2 other plumbers that quoted this project prior did not offer this locate service. Also, the project quote was 30% less than the other 2 quotes. The owner was personable, honest and even recommended putting in additional drain connections in the wall should we ever need to bypass other remaining cast iron pipes below the foundation. Kelly from the office was great at scheduling and communicated consistently regarding scheduling and billing updates. Kelly was always aware of what was going on and was always available when calling and texting. Dan and Ron spent 3 days working this project as planned and did an outstanding job, communicated consistently and were organized, on time and kept the work area clean. Every one I interacted with at this company was professional, personable and customer service oriented. The cost was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will only use them in the future.

I needed a water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Our house is very old and recently renovated (including the entire basement) so understanding the pipe system took some work since the pipes were mostly drywalled over. They figured out how to install it in the best place (exactly where I wanted it) with very little drywall removed. They even ran the drain line through the wall and down into the laundry drain, almost completely hiding it.

I'm not really sure what I was expecting, but I've had numerous plumbers do work for me before, and they always seems to ruin something or mar a surface. These guys left our house looking fantastic.

When they were done with the installation, they noticed a couple of things that they thought they could do a little better, so they spent extra time improving it without increasing the estimate.

I guess I'm just surprised at the attention to detail they paid to everything they did. They even did a few things they didn't have to just to help us out (capped a pipe, unhooked our garden hose so it wouldn't freeze, noticed a tiny leak and fixed it - that sort of thing). They went above and beyond.

To be honest, before they came I thought the estimate I was quoted was a little steep, but after watching the two of them work on it practically non-stop for an entire day, I feel like we got this installation for a bargain.

These guys are the definition of the word "professional." There are no other plumbers I will ever use.

I wasn't able to use this business. I did try to use them to replace my water heater with an on demand and also put in a new kitchen sink and remodel a bathroom of mine. Yet after calling them three different occasions the person on the phone kept telling me they would call me back. I think they are just to busy or disorganozed to take on new customers.

There’s no other plumbing company we would call! All About You has amazing customer service and any time we have called them, they have gotten the job done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend All About You for any plumbing needs!

Company was unorganized. Plumber didn't know an inspection had to be completed after the venting was installed. Had to work around their schedule due to them not scheduling the inspector. The job was booked two weeks in advance. Permit wasn't pulled till day of job and inspector wasn't scheduled twice and when it was scheduled the communication back to customer was slim to none.

The work itself over all wasn't bad. Looks clean and it's functional. Still have to install toilet, but looking at the opening that was poured. It looks to small. May have to chip out opening to make correct.

The gentleman that did the original estimate was knowledgeable, experienced, very friendly and willing to answer any of your questions related to your current job or anything else in the house.

They showed up early, did an estimate, thoroughly explained what the issue was & what it would take to repair it. Friendly, efficient,. Would use again. I highly recommend this company!

I normally do not write reviews but feel one is really warranted here. I had an emergency in the middle of the night when I realized my sump pump had failed. The carpet was completely soaked and I was literally panicking because of the amount of water entering my basement. I called All About You Plumbing and Heating around midnight and they had somebody at my door within 30-45 minutes. The technician who helped me was 100% professional and really helped to put my mind at ease. He was at my house for close to 3 1/2 hours draining my sump basin and he even put a temporary pump in-place to remove the accumulated water until a new pump could be installed. Despite their full schedule they fit me in and another technician came out later in the day and installed the new sump pump. The cost? I couldn’t believe how reasonable the repair cost was considering they showed up at a moments notice in the middle of the night.

I have dealt with MANY different businesses over the years and this one literally takes the top spot for me. I was absolutely impressed with the technicians attitude, knowledge, and professionalism. I would like to give a shout out to James Hilderbrand and Ron Guderjahn - these guys are phenomenal and I really appreciate the work they performed in my home.

If you are on the fence about who to call, give this company a shot, you will not be disappointed.

We had severe trust issues plus financial issues & a time line. They basically held our hand & walked us through a very difficult situation. Their whole team of people are trustworthy, honest, compassionate, have morals & are professional’s!!!! Their work is fantastic! They respect you as a customer & even your house & belongs inside. My wife and I own a horse boarding facility in town and had a waterline to one of our yard hydrants break. After digging up the yard hydrant and a short section of the line I realized I needed somebody to do some very minor excavation to figure out where the break was since it was getting to be too much to do by hand. After asking around, a couple of our friends recommended All About You Plumbing and Heating so I called to get an appointment for someone to come out. This turned out to be a horrible decision. The earliest someone could get out to look at it was six days later and since it wasn’t an emergency I opted to wait. The foreman that came to give the bid was very knowledgeable and professional. We went over the different options and he said he’d get back to us with bids for the two different options. The bid we went with was $1,400 dollars to continue digging the hole I had already started by hand then find and replace the line to the hydrant. We were anticipating the line to be about 12 to 15 feet straight out and then they would replace the line and join up with the other main line. The bid was estimated to take two days. The earliest they could do the work was two weeks out and that was fine. They dropped their mini excavator off three days before which was kind of inconvenient but not a big deal. Once they started to dig it only took a couple buckets and they hit the line and broke it. The line also turned out to be going a different direction than just straight out so the foreman asked if we still wanted to chase that line which would be more than the $1,400 due to changing the direction we had planned on digging. Our other option was just to cap it and do it in the future so that we could turn our main line back on. At this point we were getting pretty frustrated with them wanting to raise the price for just that little bit more and opted to cap the line and after three hours of them being there they had the line capped. This was also after they had to leave to get the cap and come back. They were done and gone by 1200 so less than a half a day of working. Most of that time was them going to get the cap and waiting for the glue to dry. Probably three hours of work. The foreman came to us with the bill and said the owner only wants to take $200 off. I questioned him as to why only $200 off the bid was for both hydrants to be operational which neither are and about a day and a half of work which definitely didn’t happen. We paid him and I called All About You Plumbing and Heating to discuss the reasoning for not adjusting the bill more due to very little of the work being done. The owner was very unprofessional saying it’s supposed to be $2,000 just for his equipment to show up and even though they didn’t do what the bid was for it was worth way more than the $1,100. He really didn’t give a true answer for the justification of the bill other than how expensive his insurance was and how expensive his mini-excavator was that he doesn’t even transport himself. Overall it was a very disappointing experience dealing with him when all we were questioning was why our bill was $1100 and none of the original bid for work was done, and yet we were still being charged as such. He has now gone to social media to slander our business, after he requested that we remove our bad review. His words were “ take down the bad review and I will send your check back”. Not once did we ask for “free” work, not once did we ask him to move us up on his schedule and not once did we bash his workers. The owner claims on our fb business page that his mini excavator charge is minimum $2000 to show up, yet we were never told this to begin with. So all in all, don’t question this guy on anything and you’ll have a pleasant experience with him, question anything and he becomes very confrontational and unprofessional.

The Hollis family has (unfortunately) had to use All About You Plumbing for numerous emergencies. Flooded basements, failed air conditioning, hot water maintenance.....Joe and his crew have saved us over and over. They are always honest and reliable - but they even go the extra effort of taking off shoes and cleaning up the messes that come with plumbing problems. We highly recommend All About You Plumbing.

I wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience I had with All About You Plumbing. I have a very large home that was built in 1912 and needed a large amount of plumbing work done. The crew that arrived took care of everything without any hesitation. The “can do” attitude was amazing. All About You Plumbing & Heating is my go to for all my plumbing needs. They performed a trenchless sewer replacement on my home in 2017 and replaced drain lines in the foundation in 2020. Whether I was simply lucky or they worked to get me in quick I was able to be seen within a couple of days of my call (rather than the possible 10 days I was initially quoted). Garrett and James called to inquire if they could arrive earlier than expected on the day of my appointment which worked out great for me! They were very professional and informative and were very kind in answering all of our questions.
