Extremely poor customer service from our sales rep, Jason.

Hey this - they send out my invoice (snail mail) on the 9th of June. Jason texts me 4 business days later asking when I will pay the invoice ($345). I let him know that I haven’t received the invoice yet. He says the office will send one via email shortly. I receive the invoice within 20 minutes. The invoice has “PAST DUE!” Written all over it.

I’ve never been past due on anything. I tell him this is not a good business model as it technically isn’t past due since I had. It received it until that day. He says “I have nothing to do with that. Payment is due upon receipt.”

This is a very brash way of collecting payment and maintaining customers.

I gave these people a call about installing some gutters. They came out promptly to give me an estimate. The price was reasonable. The workers that came out were very friendly and professional. The work was very well done. I would recommend them to anyone.

After ice damage, they quickly got me a quote and they were there the next week installing the new gutters . They were quick and clean and the work looks great.

Very good experience. Tim came over and gave me options that actually saved me money on my gutters. Could have brought a crew and charged me but didn't. Also gave me the name of another company that helped me with some siding repair. Completely satisfied.
