Drove 3hrs one way for this unprofessional hack to not have anything together. Wasted 6hrs of the day because the owner/operator of this company is an unprofessional hack who can't live up to the most basic of business functions. Who the hell sets an appointment, says it'll take 2 hours, and then doesn't have his crew there and says that their backed up for 3 weeks? Sorry, yall deserve to fail. Most ridiculous experience I've ever had with any contractor ever....
