I recently had the pleasure of working with Zachery, an exceptional HVAC technician, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. Their expert assessment of the situation was both thorough and they quickly identified the root of the issue and clearly explained the necessary steps for repair.

Josh was better than on time- able to come hours earlier- with permission from us of course.
He quickly diagnosed the problem & offer the solution. He explained the products offered, their features & prices. Job well done.

After 6 months with my new system all things checked out with its first service! Really happy with folks at Airserve!

Zachary did a great job from servicing my AC to cleaning out the mold in my blower, etc. As well as redoing new wire from AC to unit in attic.

Found the issue with the system quickly. Would recommend Aire Serv of Sumter not just for issues but for proactive checks in the fall and spring to prepare for winter and summer.

Josh was great to work with. From the moment he showed up, he was respectful, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to walk me through the issue and made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. No pressure, no upselling — just honest work and solid advice. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job right. It’s not every day you come across someone that dependable. I’ll definitely be calling Josh again if I need anything HVAC-related in the future.

Zac came earlier than our appointment after he finished his job he was on. Diagnosed the problem with in minutes and fixed it in less than hour. Professional and courteous. So nice.

Zachary came out on a Sunday morning after our system quick working. He did a great, thorough job looking at our system, explaining the issues, making recommendations, and getting us up and running again. He was professional and did excellent work. Highly recommend!

The service was outstanding. Josh performed a thorough service on our unit, explaining everything in detail and offering suggestions to maintain peak system performance.

Called Aire Serv. on Friday, on Monday the came out to check the system and on Tuesday’s I had the cost estimate. Since the unit is over 30 some years old, I decided on replacement. Great company, great service, quick responses

Zack Our technician was on time the first day and finished a job early the second day and called to give us an earlier time. We really appreciated that. Very professional and polite.

I don't think this should be a first stop shop for residential customers. Especially if you are on a tight budget which most of us are these days. I needed a coil/condenser replaced in a mobile home. I received 3 quotes, but I will not drop business names as that's not what this review is about. Aire Serv was originally contacted by my wife and when they called me to meet at the home I was told there was a $90 diagnostic fee. We already had the unit diagnosed so I told them I was not interested. They insisted they would come out for free at that point and try to help me save money. The tech that was sent was nice and professional but could not give me an estimate and said he would have to schedule a sales rep. I joked and said, "this isn't going cost me $10,000, right?" I should have known from his reaction what was to come next. When the sales rep came, we again expressed our concerns about this not being a forever home and we just needed to fix what was broken. He said, "No problem I will go out to my truck and quote you something that will save you money" He comes back and says ok we are going to sell you a $14,000 combo unit and run new wires and ducting and do this and do that. LOL. I obviously declined so he went back to his truck and then came back with a price of $10,000 for just a 3-ton coil/condenser which probably costs them $1200 out of pocket. Once I started asking for the brand name/model and expressed my concerns about the price you could immediately tell that the sales rep was getting frustrated. The tone of his voice and body language changed. For me the markup on parts and labor was not justified and I declined to do business with them. The company I ended up going with saved me over $3000 and gave me an excellent financing rate.

Air Serv has been coming to our house for the last 4 years helping us keep our 2003 AC working as we didn’t have the 12G to install a new one. Well it finally gave out and Ben made sure to find ways to pinch Pennie’s for us through rebates. Really went above and beyond.

Zack is always thorough and professional when providing service. Integrity and honesty are important to me. I feel safe and confident AirServe is providing quality service.

Josh, is an outstanding service technician. He explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done. A very knowledgeable young man. I would without a doubt recommend Josh and this company he works for. Keep up the good work Josh!

I had Ben Blizard come over to prep an estimate for me to replace my HVAC system as it was determined that it was def needed.
Ben was fantastic. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. Took his time to walk me through everything and put an estimate together that I was more than happy with. He was very personable and made me feel like he was an old friend. Got me through the paperwork and I'm on the schedule for installation in a couple days. Def another A+ experience.

06/18/2025 -
Had to call for service as my system started acting up and not cooling our home during these really hot days.
Josh was dispatched over and did a great job looking through things and explaining what was going on. Turms out our system needs to be replaced. He was very informative and detailed in his explanations, and gave us advice on how to proceed. I couldn't be happier with his service. We'll be getting a quote for the new system and see how things progress.

Update. So I had a leak which turns out was caused from a part replaced by a previous tech. I noticed it late Sunday and called and Got Zach which had just done my spring maintenance a short while before. Zach was great. (When he did the maintenance, he was very detailed and explained everything. Def a great tech.) He let me know he would be at my home first thing in the morning (6am on the dot), and quickly discovered the issue, took pictures and video of it to confirm the findings, and repaired the part. Now I'm just waiting on Aire Serv to contat me in regards to repairing the celing damage caused by the leak but have no concerns as they have been a great company to deal with. I will update the review after that happens. All aces as far as I'm concerned.

Another great service. Jared Graham was scheduled to show up at 1pm, but got here at 10am and worked dilegently until the issue was resolved. Very professional. Explained everything that happened and what steps he took to correct the problems. All employees should have that type of work ethic. A+ in my book.

Also, looks like my review from 4 months ago never posted. I needed emergency service on the Sunday before memorial day. I called and they sent over Kayla Cox to resolve things. Everything I said above can be said about Kayla as well. She was fantastic.

It's apparent that Aire Serv hires nothing but the best. I've had 2 of their techs and couldn't be happier with the results.

Prompt service and great communication. My technician, TJ, was awesome. He checked everything and sat down with me to go over everything he saw, explained it, and gave me the options available to me. Just had another visit and again excellent service from Josh. Great service

Ben and Zack were my initial contacts with the company and they were very professional and well versed in Hvac technology. The install was conducted by TJ and Emmet who were excellent, they were diligent and thorough. I would highly recommend this company for your Hvac needs.
Update: jun 4, 2025 Josh conducted a thorough inspection of our system and made pertinent recommendations as well as providing a complete status of the current state of our system. Took his time to explain his report and was professional and courteous throughout the process. Job well done.

4/16/2025- Josh came out today for routine maintenance. He was very thorough in looking over the system. When he found something that either needed updated or replaced, he explained it all to me and offered solutions. Would recommend Josh!

Josh and Doug came on time and went right to work after explaining what all they needed to accomplish on this service call. They were timely in getting the job done and explained the recommendations to assure the system works at peak level. I have used this company for several years now and the service providers are great to work with.

As always, professional and friendly. Explained some optional extras to improve air quality but wasn’t pushy about it. I did sign up for continued maintenance contract, worth every penny.

Neil and Cody were friendly and professional from beginning to end. They tested all equipment and explained everything as they worked. I opted to have the repairs completed by them and in just a short hour later I was up and running smoothly. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. Very satisfied customer.

Josh was very thorough. He spent a great deal of time locating the problem and offering options. I opted to have the blower fan changed. It didn't solve the problem, so I opted to go ahead and get a quote for a new system. Meanwhile, Josh put in a window unit to help me out. That is a blessing. I get the quote for a new unit on Monday.
