Excellent service!! We called Aire Serv because our house was very cold, it was late evening when we called. We just know we would have to wait until the following day to have the service man come out, we were very pleased when Aire Serv came out that same evening and repaired our furnace. Very friendly, very professional. Highly recommend!!!

Very professional and consultative approach. They show and tell you what is wrong and provide with best steps to proceed. When they describe the next steps it is very detailed but with a level of compassion that they too are human. When the staff talks they come across with a high level of knowledge and experience. Down to earth personalities and talk to you as a person instead of a Number. Clarence is a very honorable and trustworthy person. Brian is experienced and tell you how it is. The third gentleman is polite and totally a gentleman with a great social talker. Took less then 2 hrs to install a new AC what could take 4 hrs. They were quiet and knew exactly what they were doing. Using these guys for the past 3 yrs and never regret it. Going to get a Furnace later this summer and they took my concerns to heart on quality and assured me a Goodman or Rheem would meet my interest. They install the best for you; not for them.

The service was fantastic. Clarence came out on a night that accommodated my schedule. He assessed the damage and gave me a great deal on a furnace and air conditioning unit. Both Bryan and Clarence did an awesome job with the installation. They then patiently explained the work that they just completed.

My wife and I woke up to a very
Cold house. The inside temperature had fallen to 59 degrees. We called Airserv and the owner said he will be over in 30 minutes. He came diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 12 minutes of his arrival. A happy wife is a happy life. Needless to say my day was happy. Thank you Airserv! Great and efficient job

We called Aire Serv today Sunday at 4 oclock and they showed up at my house in a half hour and fixed are furnace in 15 min. The price and friendly proffessinal service is worth ever penny. My wife and kids are greatful. I highly recommend this company

My first experience with Aire Serv was very good. I reported at the time, "I came to work and our heat was out. Called Aire Serv and they were here within half an hour. Fixed everything. Very professional. I'm sold."

My experience this week was much less satisfactory. I called on Tuesday because our air conditioning did not seem to be functioning. They were supposed to come out on Wednesday. By early afternoon on Wednesday no one had come to our store so I called again, and was told someone would be there within an hour to an hour-and-a-half. No one ever showed up. No one called to explain what was going on. I canceled the appointment this morning, having found a different contractor.

Clarence and Brian know what they are doing. They are both very nice, personable and knowledge. I would highly recommend this company.

I called them New Years Eve & they showed up next morning on New Years Day. Wow! Very happy with the service.

I recommend Aire Serv for all of your heating and cooling issues. Our furnace stop working on Christmas Eve. I call Mr Ballengner on Saturday morning even though it was the Holiday weekend he came right over. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was very respectful. He had the issue fixed within 15 mins. Thank GOD it was the thermostat and not the furnace. I became a advantage member the same day. The prices were very reasonable you will really be impressed with there services. Thank you Mr. Ballengner and GOD bless you for all you do.

Service guy showed up before time scheduled to arrive. Came in and did a good job cleaning my furnace. Nice guy who even offered suggestions of what I can do in the summer and winter to stay energy efficient. Will recommend to others.

Aires serv of North lake county has impeccable service , I had a central air and heating system installed at my house 2 years ago and I'm very pleased with it much much better than the old systems I had . the service was great , they went over evey detail of the new systems , and my Central Air unit was on the roof so a crane was brought in they truely had ever single detailed covered and very reasonable prices , they are my go to people if I ever have any type of problems in the future keep up the good work guys

I received amazing customer service. I also felt that Clarence was honest. I recommend you meet with him before using another company.

I spoke with the Clarence, the owner on a muggy Sunday morning. Told Clarence that AC was not working properly and our family felt very uncomfortable. He was at our home in 45 minutes, exactly as promised. He replaced a part and we were back feeling refreshed. He even replaced a part on our hot water tank, as we told him that it seemed to be linking from time to time. We had put off the service call on the hot water tank because someone else was out before and said it needed to be replaced and we didn't want the added expense. Our AC and hot water tank are now both working 100% like new and Aire Serv saved us thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend.

The service was amazing. The prices were great and the workers were very friendly not only were they friendly they were very prompt. I could not of asked for better service.
