Simply exceptional!

Hiring Aguiar construction was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made! From the first contact to the completion of the project, the team demonstrated professionalism, commitment and an impressive care with every detail.

They turned our idea into reality with an impeccable, clean work and within the agreed deadline - which is rare nowadays! Communication was clear throughout the process, and we always had quick responses and intelligent solutions for each challenge.

What impressed me the most was the quality of the materials used and the organization on the construction site. In addition, the professionals were polite, punctual and extremely qualified.

I recommend with my eyes closed! If you are looking for a reliable company, which delivers more than it promises, Aguiar construction is the right choice.

Customers BEWARE!!!!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! At the beginning he is so nice and friendly, takes your money and doesn't complete the job. Claims he has licensed electricians and plumbers, both inspectors came to inspect his work and FAILED tremendously!!! When I asked for a refund because our contract stated electrical plus materials and plumbing plus materials he stated he would give me 1500.00 and has NOT GIVEN ME A CENT!!! By the way it's more than 1500.00. Also, I did call his references and they claimed that Aguiar Construction did do good work but never a remodel of this size. Maybe some painting is all he is good for!!!
I would not even give him oner star because things that were done are not even done correctly!!! Oh I'm sure he will comment with he had extra work and so on and so forth but there was nothing added or changed in the contract. I have always maintained a professional manner with Aguiar Construction but funny how when the tables turned because he DOES NOT have licensed contractors, the contractor blames the home owner when it's the contractors responsibilty to fulfill the contract that he proposed!!!

Working with Matheus was a pleasure. He is quick to respond and very reliable. His employee Gustavo was a hard worker showing up at 8:30am sharp working straight to 6:30. They were neat and organized and left the project looking nice each night. We had a couple of small hiccups, but they were extremely quick in accommodating and resolving all issues. We will be hiring them again to do another job in the spring!
