Wade and Jeremy were extremely knowledgeable. They were very efficient I picked my trailer up the same day. They fixed an issue with the black tank and winterized our trailer in less then 3 hours. I was pleased with the invoice.

Took my RV for a roof and awning insurance repair based on a recommendation. When I called Wade, I was told to bring the RV and drop it off. About 4 months later, I got the RV back. Once I finally got to use my RV since the repair, my AC or furnace did not work once at the campsite. I was getting an E3 error which meant there was a communication line error. I called Wade and told him that after I climbed on my roof and took the cover off that found some lose wires in the unit. He said to bring the RV by for him to take a look. I explained that I was at a campsite hundreds of miles away and maybe he could offer some help and he said, "sorry, I can't help you from here." Eventually, I called ahead to the next campground on my route and asked if they knew of an AC mechanic that they recommended. I was given a name and a number. Though the repairman was far from my location, the gentleman took the time to help me via video call to identify my problem for free. Since I was on a schedule, I proceeded to my next stop where another AC mechanic was able to repair my AC (a $150 repair) very quickly with the information I had from my video call interactions. Wade never took the time to even consider any way of helping, he simply dismissed me without offering any help for a problem someone in his shop caused. Later, and when closing my awning, I noticed several lose screws along the rail that holds the awning to the RV. I'm not even going to call Wade to let him know because all he's going to say is for me to bring the RV in or dismiss me outright.

Professional and economical, they got me in with a new roof top unit. Didn't take long at all. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Awesome customer service! Stopped by while enroute to Florida for a broken slide-out topper bracket that wouldn't allow the topper to retract. Wade (Owner) finished up with a customer and didn't hesitate to step out and evaluate the damage. He then asked me to bring the RV to the front where he grabbed a ladder and a replacement bracket and repaired my topper! He had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Thanks again!

I used Affordable RV to do some warranty work on my Nexus Ghost. Theu did a phenomenal jobs on the repairs and went above and beyond by fixing a few things that warranty wouldn't cover. What I am truly impressed with is the patience they had with the warranty people at Nexus. I will be using Affordable for all ther service needs that I can't handle on my own. I took my RV into Affordable RV and Truck Repairs because I had a leak in my waterline. Not only did they fix the problem, but I also had them fix several warranty related issues on-site, and I didn't even have to leave my RV. They do excellent work at affordable prices, and I will use their services for the foreseeable future. Wade and Jeremy are outstanding to deal with, and they are very customer focus oriented. We were travelling through and our coach batteries failed. They replaced the batteries for us that same day at a very reasonable price. Very friendly with great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great job and best of all, it was ready when promised. They handled everything with the warranty insurance. So smooth and easy.

So, five stars for the competent repair work. ONE STAR for the grumpy owner who seems in a constant state of grump. Maybe he's going through some life issues, but on the two occasions I made contact with him, his disposition made me feel like a burden. I don't think he even knows how to smile. AND, forget about a warm welcome when entering the establishment. If you're LUCKY, he might look up from his desk after you're standing there for 5 minutes. If I had ever run my business in this manner, I'm sure I would have been out of business in no time.

Honest service, very fair prices, and excellent quality work. Wade and Jeremy are great guys. They helped me with a laundry list of odds and ends on a new-to-me 2004 Class A, and went above and beyond to make sure I was as good to go as possible, despite their short-handedness. (If you're looking for solid work, you should really go work there!!)

Jeremy even proactively added a new city water intake valve when he noticed mine was leaking, and took down a whole ceiling panel to find a good ground for a bathroom light switch that was driving me crazy. He took extra care installing my surveillance cameras, adjusting my new headlights, and explaining some extra tips about managing the black water tank. Many thanks!!

We took our travel trailer to Affordable RV after it got sideswiped on 64. Wade and his team are great!! You would never know that it had worked done on it. Looks as good as new! Reliable, honest and does great work! Highly recommend if you need your camper worked on.

Wade and crew are outstanding in their repairs and care of your RV. They are highly skilled and sought after, so don't expect a quick turnaround for a repair (unless it's something travel related) or maybe even a call back within a day.

Wade did work for me on my new to me RV. Wasn’t under warranty but Lazy days was reimbursing me. They did a great job fixing my furnace and were very fast about it. Very happy and would recommend to others

Major roof damage on my Cedar Creek 5th wheel. Guys did an amazing job. They are very pleasent to work with as well. They get very busy so it took a little while but it was well worth the wait. Would deffinently reccomend them to anyone in the Virginia/Maryland area.

I want thank Wade and his crew of mechanic's for helping us out of a bad situation. On Monday we we're traveling south on 301 just past Owens , VA. Our class A motorhome broke down. We blew a belt, and we weren't sure if we could drive it because the motorhome engine shut down on overheat . We called our tow service to no avail. Tow truck didn't arrive and we spent the night on side of the road with roaring tractor trailer trucks wizing by. In the morning towing service sent RV tech, who diagnosed but didn't repair unit. On short notice Wade took in our motorhome, and replaced two belts and tensioner for cooling/ radiator in a matter of minutes we we're ready to get back on the road. Thank you Wade and staff you were our savior's.

I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to Wade and Jeremy for the awesome job y’all did with the complete dinghy-tow set up on my 2016 GMC Canyon, and setting it up to tow for the first time behind my RV. Excellent customer service, superb work and craftsmanship. It’s obvious y’all take a lot of pride in your work and truly care about your customers. I am extremely glad that I brought my truck and RV to you at Affordable RV, Truck, and Trailer. I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with the way it turned out, and with the way y’all took the time to make sure everything was just right and explain things to me. I know many of you will
be looking to have campers winterized and/or fixed durning the off season. Use Caution if your thinking of using Affordable RV,Truck, Trailer Repair in King George. I am here to Tell you my OPINION of my poor experience I had with Affordable Rv, Truck and Trailer repair in King George County, Va. The owner is Wade. I had him/ his company service my camper earlier this year (he had my camper for 2 months and was 2 weeks late returning it to me on the agreed date.) He was rude on several occasions. When I take my camper to someone for service I want them to stand behind there work and be reasonable. He WOULD NOT be reasonable with me! Just trying to talk to him about what side of the camper my issue was and confirm it was the same side he repaired, he was a smart ass when I asked what he concidered to be the left side! I had a repair for my refrigerator which is under warranty. He claimed the refrigerator could not be fixed and contacted the warranty company to replace it. They sent there own person out who said that the refrigerator could be fixed and they fixed it with no problems. I really believe that he was irritated with dealing with the Warenty company and that I would only be responsible for the $100.00 deductible and the other fees for small issues I wanted addressed. He charged $200.00 to pull my camper around his parking lot and to move my refrigerator so it could be fixed by Sears. His reason was it takes time. $220.00 is insane. That’s 2 hours of labor. The other things on my list were small things he could have fixed in a total of 1 hour. One of them he just did not fix and did not bother to tell me that he did not fix. I had to come back with the part and ask why he did not do it! He acted as if I was bothering him and then ordered the part and charged me 27.00 for this shower door strips and told me to do it myself. Then another repair I had him do was to replace a piece of rubber seal on my slide-out that was falling off when slides were open, it would come out if the track at the very top, but was not leaking! He knew that my camper was going to be placed in a permanent spot after the completion of his work. After a few months I put my slides in to clean my roof and low and behold the side of the slide-out he replace the rubber leaked and my carpet got wet! The reason I did not know the problem sooner is because I always had my slides in the out position. I stopped by his shop and asked if he would stand by his work and come fix it. He said no and offered a few other options if getting it fixed or even looked at and he just told me no to everything and that I was stressing him out. He was very rude and would not stand by his work in a reasonable way. In my opinion I would strongly suggest that you way your opinions before you use this man or his company.

Very nice people and great service at reasonable prices. Book early as the word is getting out about their honesty and craftsmanship.
