Confirmed date, time, contact info, etc. - twice - to get a quote from Aurelio at Affordable Roofing. Never showed up, never called.

Within 45 minutes of posting my review, I got a call from Aurelio, so he obviously had my phone number. He couldn’t have called me prior to our original appointment to reschedule? Unprofessional.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! The estimate was much better than others I received and I almost thought it was too good to be true, but Affordable delivered and did amazing work. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I like that the crew was all wearing matching shirts (doesn’t impact the work but it made them look like a team, which was cool). Also, when I met with the owner for the estimate, he was frank and honest about the colors I wanted and told me he wasn’t sure it would look good. We talked it through and I ended up going with his recommendations and I am so glad I did because it looks great!

We hired Aurelio to tear off our old masonite siding, replace all the plywood on our house and garage, install new windows and doors, install new siding and replace all our gutters. This was a big project! We also added a few things as the project progressed, like attic venting and adding new windows, which he was very accommodating to do. He and his crew were really amazing. My husband and I work from home, so we were able to be there the whole time. We are curious people, so we were often asking how they were doing something, or why they did things a certain way and he loved to explain what he was doing and why. Aurelio has a "teaching" personality. We were able to watch him personally explain and teach his crew when they were doing something that was newer to them. He wants to make sure all his employees know how to do all the various tasks. The workers were so respectful and such hard workers. I really could not believe how much work they could get done each day- I have never felt so lazy in my life watching them! He gave us an accurate estimate of services and we felt his prices were fair. He is VERY particular and wants to make sure that things are done correctly. We are very happy with the work performed and would not hesitate to contact him for future needs or recommend him to others.
