Bryan and his team at Affordable Contractor services, quick and always very responsive. Anytime I had a question or wanted a check in. They completed the work that we contracted for within the time that he originally said that Work would take actually even a little bit less than he originally thought. They worked hard to get the job done and used creative solutions. Our house is much better off now thanks to Bryan and team!
This is the second time we have worked with Bryan from Affordable Contractor Services. The first time we had Bryan install a new backyard fence and gate that we can now open from the front yard as Bryan put a new lock on the gate so that it now unlocks automatically, which helps us out a lot. Bryan did high quality work and we were so pleased with his work that we hired Bryan again to fix the steps to our back deck and to also install a handrail, which we absolutely love. We no longer feel like we're going to fall on our face when we go up and down the steps like we did with the old ones. As I said, Bryan does high quality work and he takes pride in his work and I would not hesitate to hire him again and I would definitely refer him to anyone that needed some work done. I am just sad that Bryan has moved out of Vancouver so we won't have our favorite contractor to call on in the future. The people in Bryan's new area are lucky to have him and should take advantage of such a great resource.
