Advanced Roof Cleaning

I generally consider myself a cautious consumer, but unfortunately, I let my guard down in this instance. I strongly advise against working with this individual, as my experience was both disappointing and costly.

We hired him to apply a latex coating to our roof and paid in cash. The work was incomplete and poorly executed. The coating is thin, bubbling, and uneven in several areas. Additionally, he failed to properly prepare the space near our pool enclosure, resulting in latex overspray all over our screen.

Despite numerous calls and messages requesting that he return to address these issues, he has not followed through. He recently contacted us with an explanation involving a minor medical issue, but this is just one of many excuses we’ve received.

In my opinion, this individual takes advantage of well-intentioned customers and does not operate with professionalism or integrity. Please be cautious and do your due diligence before entering into any agreement.

ARC Allegiance Roof Care, several different addresses and phone numbers: Charged $6100 for a roof coating that is flaking and has caused damage to interior ceiling. Owner William Wolf refuses to honor 15 year warranty that is to protect against chipping and flaking. Shouts on the phone and talks in circles. Stay away from this thief !!

Charge $6,000 for less than 6 hours of work to coat and seal my roof. Coating is almost non existant. More leaks after the work than before. Refuses to address problems that are under warranty. The warranty is a lie like most of what he says. I believe he is unlicensed and uninsured. Careful review of his reviews show a trail of fraud from west palm to daytona.
