- Mark and his team are quick with their response time and very professional.
- This team is one of the best and most responsive I have worked with.
- They built the Dewalt shelving system for my garage and left the site cleaner than they found it.
- Absolutely unprofessional. They fixed a time to come over, sent an invoice and then no-show.
- The post is still the wrong size and one of the boards is cracked in half.
- I got what I paid for.
- They couldn't figure out how to remove it, so they left.
- The delivery was not efficient and caused frustration.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Abosultely unprofessional. They fixed a time to come over, sent and invoice and then no-show. No phone call to reschedule or anything. Very very disappointing service. You are better off going with anybody else for your house-jobs, absolutely anybody else, even a stranger off the street, just don't go with these guys!

I am so very, very pleased with the installation of my new toilet. They were on time, super professional and so nice. No cleanup on our part!!!!!!!! Also feel the estimate for this job was reasonable and we could not be happier. We are older and it is great to know that we have a go to company when we need help. I am so very impressed from contact to completion. Their business card is center stage on our fridge!

The service blew me away. Fast, efficient and quality beyond 5 stars. I had 2 toilets installed in an hour. The team event went out of there way to pick up toilets for me as I recently had knee surgery. I will be having Aphandyman do several projects in the future.

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
