They were able to get someone out that week for my non-urgent work. They stuck to the quote they gave me over the phone (thankfully the only unforseen complications were minor). The handyman was quick, friendly, affordable, and professional. My toddler was curious about what he was doing, and he made sure she had a clear spot to watch him while he worked (at least until she got bored and went to find something that made noise). I was extremely satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

Mark and his team are quick with their response time and very professional. Each member of his team has always been on time, courteous, professional and work to get the job done right and promptly. Good customer service is hard to find, and so are good employees. I highly recommend this company

This team is one of the best and most responsive I have worked with in the 20+ years I have been in property management. No job is too small and they are fair, fast, and fantastic at what they do. If you have any job coming up I highly suggest calling Mark. He will make it Happen and make you Happy in the end. I have even called with last minute emergencies and he has no hesitation-he's on his way.
I don't think I have ever trusted a service tech as I do Mark. I use his service on a regular basis and can't thank him enough for all he's done.

Hired them to repair the fence. Wind damage broke the post and knocked two panels done. Took a long time to get them started. Because of wind storm, gave them the benefit of the doubt for being too busy. When the tech arrived he said the post he had was the wrong size. So he left. After few days the original tech who measured the post and took pictures came back and did the repair. Well, the post is still the wrong size and one of the boards is cracked in half. Cement and nails in the garden. They bid cheaper than few others so I got cheap on me. I got what I paid for. I was sick so I couldn't do the job myself. If I had, it would have been cheaper and much better quality. I don't I think of myself as handyman. As a courtesy I emailed the owner and he refused to fix it. So there you go. To home depot I go.

I am very happy with the work that Advanced Professional Handyman did installing my over-the-range microwave. Morris was very polite and hard working. He was prompt. And he made sure it was working and cleaned everything up before leaving. I would recommend them and use them myself for future services.

Mark's quick response to my email and subsequent replace of my mailbox and post support was much appreciated. His guy arrived at the appointed time and wasted no time getting it fixed. I notified my post office today that I am ready for mail delivery again. I have never had such a quick turnaround by a handyman service. Nice work too.

dishwasher installation was well done and on time. Mark stayed in touch very well from the start despite scheduling problems on my side.

They built the Dewalt shelving system for my garage. They did a great job and left the site cleaner than they found it. I will most definitely use AP Handyman services again!

My husband and I purchased a new over the range microwave through Home Depot. We arranged for them to remove the old one and install the new one. When they arrived, they couldn't figure our how to remove it, so they left. (Turns out the original had been installed using some sort of super apoxy.) We asked a few people if they had any ideas but no one could help us. When I spoke with the owner, Mark, I told him of the difficulty we were having. He scheduled a consultation within a week. I was very surprised to see Mark himself at my door at exactly the time he had scheduled. Mark was eventually able to remove the old microwave and scheduled one of his guys to come out the same day to do a little required patch work and install the new microwave. Both gentleman were polite and professional. I would definitely hire them again!

We just had a new dining room ceiling light fixture installed by Advanced Professional Handyman. Dwayne did a wonderful job installing the fixture. He was very professional and personable. Mark was great to be able to schedule us on the same day - which is truly rare this day and time.
We will definitely be using Advanced Professional Handyman for any future “handyman” jobs we might have.

We had a drafty, warped exterior door that needed to be replaced. This was not going to be a DIY project. We contacted Mark and they were there to take care of it. They were efficient and made sure the job was done correctly. So pleased with their work and a draft free house. Highly recommend them for those not so simple fixes.

He went above and beyond my expectations in communicating with me (by mail and phone) and in taking the initiative to coordinate with my rental agency. I contacted Mark yesterday afternoon and he arrived this morning 3 minutes early to replace an exhaust fan in our bathroom. When does anyone arrive on time, let alone a few minutes early these days? He was professional throughout the 2.5 hours he spent at our home - insured that I understood what he was doing and provided me options. The cleanup was unexpected and very appreciated. All at a very reasonable price. I will certainly use APH again and recommend the company highly!

We had a very bad experience working with Mark. We had a wall with some water damaged that had been prepped for dry walling. We hired Mark to repair our bathroom wall with new drywall which required texturing to match the original. It was a shoddy job to say the least. He brought in a guy to help him that looked like he was picked up from the Home Depot parking lot. Mark installed, taped, wet, textured and painted the wall all in one day. He used his helper to hold the hair dryer to dry the wall so he could do it in one day. The drywall tape lines were obvious, the texture bubbled and popped and it looked terrible. Mark came back to fix it however it still looks awful. He says he can do drywall repair but I don't believe it. We are out over $500 and we need to have it fixed by someone who can do the job right.

Mark comes across as straight forward, knowledgeable and a good guy. This may all be true however I feel like he pulled one over on us because of the quality of work he performed and the fact that he tried to do all this work in one day. I'm sure we originally discussed that it would be a two day job so I was shocked when he did it all in five hours or less. In short, I do not recommend Mark for drywall repair work!

Advanced professional handyman are truly efficient and professional.. they arrived punctually when we called them about our plumbing problems.. They figured out the problems pretty quickly and the work was done within 30 minutes... I would recommend you guys to whomever I know... Thanks a lot... Keep up the good work...

Mark was great at figuring out why my toilet wouldn't flush properly. He took it one step at a time until finally having to take the entire toilet off to discover what was clogging it. He was on time and very respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs!

We had our deck pressured washed by Advanced Professional Handyman. As tenants, I was really pleased how easily these guys dealt with the logistics of coordinating the paperwork/bill with the property management group. They showed up on time, not a 5 hour window like some companies, but 8 am sharp. GREAT! They took time to discuss outcomes and made helpful suggestions to best maintain our deck. I was also contacted afterwards to make sure the work met my expectations. I'd recommend these guys to my friends and family for sure.

Mark and Kyle have each been to my townhouse several times for various jobs. Since they came highly recommended to me by my property management company (Windemere), I felt confident about giving them the go-ahead to repair a faulty kitchen faucet, fix some bad drywall in the foyer, and address some plumbing issues in my master bath.

They are quick, polite, incredibly pleasant guys. They arrive on time and always keep me posted via a phone call or a text message so that I know when to expect them and what the status of the job is. When they arrive at the door, they always ask if they can come in with their shoes on, and are respectful as they proceed through the rest of the house to identify what issues need to be addressed. Furthermore, they consistently take steps to protect my belongings and fixtures from harm while work is being carried out.

All the jobs they've been contracted to do for me have been completed to my total satisfaction. No complaints. I enthusiastically recommend them!

We had for the past 3 years called Mark for any jobs that need attention in our rental, since neither my husband or i are good with tools. Mark had came to clean our roof, repaired our old and falling fence, deal with clogged kitchen and bath sink, broken oven etc…. We had nothing but fantastic experiences with Mark. I'm a remote landlord. I spoke with Mark, he went to the premises, provided me with a quote and after discussing the details with me, I asked him to do the repairs. Even though there was a long list of items to take care of (around 10 different jobs), Mark and his crew finished the job in one day and also kept within the exact quoted budget. I hope my house won't need any more repairs, but if it does, I'll be reaching out to Mark.

I used Mark's service to fix a shower stand caulking at a tenant's apartment. The whole process was made very smooth by Mark. I provided the address, Mark contacted the tenant, finished the job greatly, I sent in a check... Everything was very easy which I appreciated.

Mark's quality of work was very professional too, and he kindly helped my tenant to fix a wobbling fan without charging me extra.

Will never use his service again. Multiple times I contacted Mark by phone and email. He never showed on original agreed time and date. Hours later after I contacted an excuse was given. Rescheduled for a later date and a no show and never returned any messages. Was completely unprofessional and a disgrace to any handyman services. Beware of this so called professional. Absolute horrible service.
