Advanced DRI team was once again amazing. They were on site within 2 hours or less from my phone call. Great team members, good communication and great work to resolve my issue.

After a kitchen flood caused major damage to both our first floor and basement, Advanced Dry DRI came in and handled everything from start to finish. They completely rebuilt our kitchen and cellar — installing new tile, cabinets, countertops, rebuilding walls, replacing floors, and making sure every detail was done right. From the beginning, the entire team was professional, respectful, and incredibly neat and clean with their work.

Rich was our main point of contact throughout the project, and he was a true pleasure to work with — always available, always helpful, and kept us updated every step of the way. Thanks to Rich and the whole crew, what started as a stressful situation ended with a kitchen and cellar that are absolutely beautiful and better than before. I would highly recommend Advanced Dri to anyone needing restoration or renovation work — they truly care about the quality of their work and the people they’re helping.

I cannot explain how wonderful of an experience i have had with this company, im going through a nightmare right now with a major leak that has made me demo my kitchen 2 times in one year, i took in upon myself as opposed to my condo this time around to seek help and these guys have made every step of this process as simple and efficient as possible. The whole team has been in communication with me and they have all been very proactive and really took in thr urgency of my situation where others have not. Advanced Disaster Recovery is fantastic! We needed to dry our basement, and within 2 hours, Tyler came out with the equipment. He showed us how the equipment worked and was very professional. Tyler was very friendly and knew his stuff. When the job was done, Kevin came on time to pick the equipment up and was also very nice and professional. Hope we never need to dry our basement out again, but if we do, we will be calling Tyler and his team again

Took forever to restore my kitchen, broke my fridge during the process. They said they would fix it but didn't. The guy who had to install my microwave was treating it horribly cause he didn't know what he was doing. He took apart the whole thing then didn't remember how to put it back together and banged it up well and kept insisting it was no big deal. Went out and bought another one. Then they keep calling and asking for money when they already have it. terrible experience overall.

We came home from vacation to a completely saturated floor in our finished basement and a partly damaged floor on our main living level. My first call was to Advanced Disaster Recovery and I couldn’t be more thankful I reached out to them. They were out to the house within a couple hours of contact, and completely got us back to operational within our home within the day. I’d highly recommend ADRI to anyone that finds themselves in an unfortunately situation.

They saved the day! We had a pipe burst suddenly during the dead of winter and they came out and got all the water up and set up dehumidifiers within hours. The experience from start to finish has been exceptional! My initial phone call was great and everyone who came out to the house throughout the process was kind, helpful, and friendly! In times were customer service and an excellent experience are few and far between it’s such a breath of fresh air to get this high level of service and support! Their pricing is super reasonable, they work easily with insurance if you need, and the team of humans is incredible! I cannot recommend them enough!!! If you need this kind of service Advanced DRI is definitely the way to go!

Imagine returning from an extended vacation to discover several burst pipes and water everywhere. Their water mitigation unit was on site within a short time to set up several air movers, heaters, dehumidifiers and begin the clean-up task. The staff also worked with our insurance company to support our claim.

We had a boiler outage while freezing weather was occurring and our house was in the process of closing which was happening this past January in 2 weeks. The Boiler company responded and fixed the boiler. However,the radiator zones had frozen. We called Advanced Disaster Recovery and they immediately came out and setup 3 temporary electric heaters(3000 square foot house) and temporarily shut off the water from the well. It took a few days as the house was empty but the radiators thawed out and there was no damage from frozen pipes thus avoiding a potential disaster and possibly avoiding a delay in our closing. I contacted Advanced DRI through my insurance when the wind damaged my sidings. These people swiftly responded and had the affected area Tarped off in less than 24 hours. They even went as far as helping me with securing the lossed sidings. The job was so professionally done that I am not even in a hurry to have it repaired anymore. Thanks a lot for your service.

This company did great in working both with my insurance company and myself in clearing up the minor disaster of a flood in the basement. They were attentive, quick, efficient, and clean.

we used ADRI to restore our home when a tree fallen due to a heavy storm destroyed our roof and caused water damage inside the house. these guys from supervisors to office personnel were quick, super efficient, professional and caring. communication was transparent and beyond prompt. special thanks to our project managers Mike and Tyler. they made an extra effort to make sure the house and property were left in better shape than before the damage and were available to talk/text and stop by any time we needed them. also, Brittany in new hampton office was absolutely outstanding helping us navigate all the details with patience and impeccable business ethics. thank you!

Had water damage in bathroom and hallway and the team was great from start to finish. I was in constant communication with Shaunta Mildord when the issue started, then Juan for the investigation and setting up the driers and cleaners, Luke for demo, Justin for asbestos removal, and finally Steven Melo who was the Project Manager for the repair. Steven assisted with the selection of replacement pieces. Communication and coordination was great.

My experience with Tyler and his Crew from Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. was beyond my expectations.We had some water damage from a slow leak and needed to have part of our floors replaced, sanded and refinished.Tyler took control of the situation, along with talking me off the ledge many times.He had a crew come pack out the house, ordered pods for storage and protected anything that could not be removed. The scheduling was spot on. They met all the timelines that were promised. When everything was completed it was all brought back in the house. The furniture and pictures were put back in the proper place. They even put floor protectors on the bottom of the furniture to protect the floors from scratching. Everyone was courteous and polite. I would highly recommend Advanced Disaster Recovery. If 10 Stars was an option I would have chosen that rating.

My parish has had to address major asbestos abatement and restoration, as well as a couple of plumbing issues necessitating professional cleanup. Each of the ADRI response teams has been professional and efficient. The most recent project, which required detailed coordination with another contractor and completing a huge project under tight time constraints, has gone even better than expected. The ADRI team, which includes a number of sub-contractors, has been flexible and responsive, and the work has been top-notch quality. Though I hope that we don't need to continue to call on them, if we do have a need in the future, we will not hesitate.

Advanced DRI was sent out by our insurance company to repair water damage and remediate a small amount of mold growth. They did an excellent job throughout the process. Communication was excellent and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

5 months after the flooding & my basement is still a mess. My floor was removed without my permission or knowledge & they continue to act like that is ok. The work that was supposed to be done remains unfinished. After no contact for 2 months, they emailed me a bill that has no information other than the total amount due which is extremely high for the less than 3 hours of work, doesn’t have my correct address & was due 2 weeks before they even sent it to me. I have requested the actual bill only to be screamed at by the office manager that they won’t provide me an invoice. They do not care about the customer, ensuring satisfaction with the work or even completion of the work.

We were very pleased with this company and its operation. Their teams responded, arrived, and worked when they said that they would and to the extent that they said they would, and conducted themselves professionally and conscientiously with every visit. They also explained thoroughly their findings and next steps in each process, leaving us with no unanswered questions.

Great experience with all representing the company (Tyler, John, Josh, Darlene, Carlos, Abi, Mario...) from initial assessment to completion. Very professional, good communication throughout the process as well. Grateful for their willingness to provide accommodations while my AC was out during recent heat wave (filters, dehumidifier, portable AC). Everything in my basement had to be cleaned after a construction crew tore up my concrete floor without putting the plastic wall up properly. Concrete dust was on EVERYTHING!! Not only did Carlos and his team do a fabulous and meticulous job cleaning, they had a great attitude, were 100% professional, and I felt safe with them in my home. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Wayne (project manager) was extremely helpful he walked us through the process, made sure every step was explained. He made us feel at ease with the situation. Our hot water heater exploded and we had a flood in the first floor of our house. It was a disaster since we weren’t there at the time and the hot water/steam destroyed the entire first floor. We immediately called Advanced Disaster Recovery and they were amazing! Angelo, the owner, talked us off the ledge, had his team bring in their equipment and immediately began remediation. Our point person was Tyler (amazing!) who answered all our questions and explained the process. He was also very responsive to all calls and texts! This helped us tremendously during this difficult time. The next team member was Rob, the reconstruction manager. Once again, answering our questions and keeping us informed on the process and next steps. I would HIghly Recommend All of Them!!

Called late on a Friday for an emergency. They came from an hour away and got the job done. Very easy to deal with.

In a time of crisis and confusion you want someone who can calm you down and support your through the process. Tyler was that person. He called and texted everyday (before, during and post work). Nothing was done without conversation. And their work was clean and efficient. Nothing was done without reason. I can’t recommend this team enough. They know how to calm you down and fix your place without adding any stress.

The guys were amazing and helpful they were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping clean up the basement. It was also great I called and the same day a manager was able to come out assess the problem and the next day they brought out fans and dehumidifiers to start drying the basement out

Brandon was head of the team that completely replaced our roof and repaired the interior area where the rain came through. He was always accessible, always pleasant, and eagle-eyed. He dealt with our insurance company and showed them that we required a totally new roof rather than simply patching the holes. I never had to deal with the additional costs that the insurance co. had to approve and pay.Brandon was always available to check on the work's progress and made sure the roofers/workers did an excellent job.
I would us ADR again without a doubt (but I hope I never have to)!

Two months ago, our home endured a small leak causing significant damages that we would come to realize later. Immediately, we called a plumber to assess the leak and he successfully located the cause and fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the water had spread down into the first floor and damaged over half of our home. At that point, we contacted our homeowner's insurance company and filed a claim. The following day, a mitigation team from Advance Disaster Recovery Inc., came to our house to assess the water damage and began the process of drying out the targeted areas in order to prevent any mold from forming. Along with the mitigation team, a demo crew arrived to begin the process of tearing down the affected areas. Their time and efforts were greatly appreciated by my husband and myself. The crew was efficient and thorough with respect to each task. Once the walls, ceiling and floors were gutted, a construction crew followed repairing our home back to its original state.

The construction crew arrived, unprepared and had poor communication with the company on what materials to provide. We encountered numerous issues with this crew, and time and time again both the company (ADR) and Project Manager showed us no respect. On a Saturday, after doing our first load of laundry, we came down to switch the clothes into the dryer and found 25-30 gallons of water pooled all over our newly constructed floors. The construction crew neglected to hook up the discharge hose to the washing machine after construction was completed. Outraged, we called ADR to resolve this issue and requested compensation for their careless mistakes. Our request was denied several times and they have not taken any onus for their mistakes, nor have they given us any kind of apology. A full write up of this will be posted on multiple social media outlets that this company is affiliated with.

This is the second time that I have needed them. They are always prompt, professional and Arturo is neat and goes beyond to help you through a hard time. The best!!!

I am so very grateful to everyone at advanced dri who worked tirelessly to install our kitchen and mud room following extensive damage from a leaking dishwasher. Everyone we worked with was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us fix this headache. Tyler turned up immediately to remediate the damp, Wayne the project manager was always available and incredibly helpful in every aspect of the project and Kevin’s craftsmanship was invaluable. We had a pipe burst in the kitchenette above our garage during a cold snap in February. The entire unit flooded and drained water though the floor and into the garage below.

We called our insurance company (USAA) who dispatched Advanced Dri for remediation and repair.

Advanced Dri did a great job at first and got all the affected drywall and flooring removed. They also did a good job fixing up the ceiling in the garage and started work on installing the flooring. Then they just stopped showing up. All calls to the project manager Cam were unanswered and his voice mailbox was full every time I called. In July, I finally called the Advanced Dri headquarters and talked to Valerie who told me that they had been trying to reach me multiple, but got no answer, but neither I or my wife had any missed calls from them, nor did we have any voicemails, but she said she would talk to Cam and they would have someone out to our home in the next week.

They sent someone out the next week to finish the flooring which was great, but after the flooring was done, they disappeared again.

Finally in September a full 7 months after the initial incident I called Valerie again after failing to get a hold of Cam again (voicemail box still full) and told her that if I didn't hear from Cam to finish the rest of the work soon, I was going to call USAA and see if I could get another contractor to finish the job. Another week passed and still no response from Cam, so I called USAA who cancelled the outstanding $26K check that Advanced Dri was paid for the work and now have to find my own contractors to finish the job.

In addition, they left a scaffold and a bunch of tools in my home, which I told Valerie I would sell if they didn't come pick them up in a week. They came the next day.

Other issues with my project.
1) Advanced Dri tore out the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity and threw them away, which was fine, but not in the initial estimate. In addition, they took my granite kitchen countertops and the marble bathroom vanity top, which they weren't supposed to do. I now have to put in an addition request to USAA to replace those.

2) They ordered 2x the amount of hard wood required to redo the flooring in the apartment. Not sure what the story is there, but it seems super shady.

3) I had a couple of contractors come out and give estimates to finish the work that Advanced Dri started and each gave me an estimate 20K under what the estimate that Advanced Dri sent to USAA.

I'm not sure what's going on with that company, but it's amazing to me that they are still in business if they treat their customers this way.

I am attaching photos of the unit 7 months after the incident in the exact state Advanced Dri left it.

Edit: Update to this review. Advanced Dri is now threatening to sue me for non-payment for work that they did not perform including sanding and staining of the flooring seen in the pictures that is engineered hardwood and resetting the cabinets and countertops that they stole. Super shady business here. Stay away.

Very professional group. All I needed was extra equipment. This company brought me what I needed right away and removed as soon as I was done using it.

I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with advanced disaster recovery and Cam’s team. They meant what they said, I never had to guess about the process. I only had to deal with insurance once, they took care of that.
They were professional and considerate of my time, property and left my home like there was never any damage.

WARNING - if your insurance company isn't covering their work negotiate hard very very hard.
I got an estimate for $3,500 for a simple ground water clean up. I even said that sounded high, was told it could be higher or lower. At the time insurance was potentially covering the water and they recommended them.
3 guys, 3 hours, 2 dehumidifiers couple fans, removed some drywall and wet carpet. Another hour for collection of the equipment.
The bill was over $8K.
The itemized bill had multiple items that they simply did not do work.
They finally dropped the bill to $4K which based on talking with other water cleanup said it was outrageous.
Workers were great and friendly, no complaints.

I was very impress with the work. The communication with Rob was great and Paul did an awesome Job. I love the way the kitchen and my floors came out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
