ACS Commercial Roofing

ACS commercial roofing applied a GE silicon coating application to cover the membrane roof at my office building in downtown Columbia. I chose this application over roof replacement because my roof was in good shape, the cost was much lower and the silicon roof came with a 20 year warranty. The application made my roof look brand new! The ACS team did an incredible job getting my job done on time in the middle of COVID-19. I highly recommend anyone looking at a roof replacement give the guys at ACS an opportunity to evaluate whether your roof would be a good candidate for silicon coating. I was very happy with my experience working with ACS commercial roofing and would highly recommend their service to the greater google community!

This company knows what they are doing! I spoke with Adam for a long time and he filled me in on everything I needed to know about my project and recommended routes for me to take even though my project was something they typically don’t do being a smaller residential job. They only use top grade products and stand behind their work. If I owned a commercial property no doubt ACS would be my first call!

Over the course of the last 13 years, I have used over 20 different roofing companies across the Southeast. They would do a decent job for a little while and then they would start being inconsistent, doing bad work, etc.
