We have had some leak leaks that could not seem to get fixed and upon inspection JLJ Construction Services was able to entirely replace the TPO balcony and fix the problem once and for all.

We have also used them to identify some leaks in shower, drains, and crack tiles and all around just areas that the house needed to be fixed.

Highly recommend and I continue to work with them to this day

I hired JLJ Construction Services to update my home's exterior, including siding replacement, repair and refinish of a faux balcony and addition of metal stair railings. The siding design and balcony work was somewhat complicated but John and Cory are top-notch guys to deal with and worked hard to iron out all the issues that arose during construction. Overall, the project turned out great and I've gotten several compliments on how good the house looks now. And all of this was done for a very reasonable price! JLJ Construction gets my recommendation, two thumbs up!!

John Johnson Construction went above and beyond for me. I own an Airbnb in Nashville and I had a tenant renting from me. John and his company evaluated the situation with the Lofts water heater. We determined it needed to be replaced. Not only did he replace the water heater while my tenant was at her work that very same day, he also looked at my A/C unit and flushed the lines because they were clogged. He truly is a full service company. It’s hard to find a company with such good work ethics these days. I can recommend Johnson Construction Services without hesitation.

JLJ construction services did an amazing job for me. I had my driveway extended and Alex was my guy. He is such a nice guy and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Needless to say the concrete looks amazing! It actually looks better than the concrete driveway that came with the house. Excellent service, great price, and exceptional workmanship. After speaking with Mr. John Johnson, I knew right away that JLJConstruction was the service company I wanted to do the repair work. Mr. Johnson was thorough in assessing the damages, complete with photos, and recognized other issues that could cause damages if not addressed in a timely manner. We confirmed the proposed work to be completed, and today Mr. Johnson had two employees out to do the repairs. These two workmen were very cordial and thorough, and had the work done before todays storm set in. One of the men, Francis, explained to me what was done and,
before he left, thanked me for the opportunity to be of service.

Impressed? I definitely was! Will I call Mr. Johnson again for repair work? Absolutely!

JLC just completed putting a new roof on my house. The roof looks really good. The men that work for him are very hard workers. I am a widow and John was very patient with me. I can be wishy washy at times. I would recommend him for any roof jobs. His company also cut down some trees for me. The price for the roof and also the price for
cutting the trees down was very affordable.

John came out and gave us an estimate on new siding. We discussed options so that we'd get exactly what we were expecting. Everyone was on time, professional, and finished on schedule. That included even doing a little extra work as well and still got ut done in the same schedule. I would definitely have them do work for us again in the future.

I got a gorgeous roof and interior repairs all paid for by John's efforts with my insurance company. I used them for a previous roof installation on my pool house and I'm very happy that I called them for my house's roof. It took many months and multiple denials from my carrier but finally JLJ Construction Services was able to get a full roof replacement.

John was very easy to work with and replaced the roof quickly and at a high quality. Additionally, his company does a lot more than just roofs. He was also able to help me with some work on the interior. I would 100% recommend working with John in the future.

So glad I chose JLJ construction. I spoke with the owner John and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had them to install a new roof, gutters, front porch railing, and a 6ft privacy fence and gate. The communication was phenomenal, as he made sure I knew every thing that was happening or about to happen in the process as well as any changes in pricing. Outstanding work! We have had this great company do several jobs for us and will definitely call them out again! They poured a sidewalk, back patio, and car port and all are draining perfectly. Very pleased and affordable compared to larger companies. They also came out and painted the interior and exterior of another house we own along with repairing outside dormer window area. They were rotted badly and they not only matched the rest of the house siding but upgraded it so it will last much longer. My wife and I have done most of the work on our two homes due to cost, availability, and quality, but we finally found someone we can trust!
