ACI was a referral from a architect that we're working with on building a barndominium.

My experience with Web Gholson & Stevie Adams have been abysmal. When calling Web he was apparently too busy to speak and asked me to email him the information. I emailed him the specs, number of windows, sizes, openings, etc. A day later I get an email from Stevie Adams who tells me to fill out the generic "contact us" form on their website to get a quote. I ask him if I'm supposed to duplicate the same information in the email into a form on their website.

After no response, I follow up and then Stevie tells me to design it myself on the website with their 3D designer.

I tried calling both Web & Stevie and left messages, but neither would call me back.

Apparently customer service and providing help to customers looking to get a quote for a building is too much effort for Web & Stevie. Good thing there are a thousand other steel companies out there.

In my opinion, it's a colossal waste of time to contact Web or Stevie for any kind of help. The only silver lining is Stephanie who answers the phone and is actually helpful.

Nice people in general, the guy at receiver very understanding and helpful, I had another load which was very tight so I spoke to guy explained my situation and he help unload quickly with my help, no dock remember guys

I’m not real sure what to say about this place, besides the people are nice but if you’re wanting to be able to go get your reload on time then I would recommend not coming here, I sat in the unloading bay for about 45 minutes to an hour and they came out and said that they were going to lunch and I asked why didn’t you unload me first and he said we didn’t have enough time ‍♂️
If they would stop playing circle jerk they would have plenty of time.
I’ve been here 3 1/2 hours and I’m just now leaving
