Austin came to my home to give me an estimate for roof cleaning. He told me the roof was very old and would not recommend cleaning it but to save the money to get a new roof done. Then every 5 years or so get it cleaned to preserve it. I LOVED his honesty!! Not a lot of young men with his kind of integrity! Would highly recommend this small business!!

I called Ace Softwash to get a free quote and they came out that afternoon and gave me a quote after looking the house over. Austin is friendly and professional. He squeezed me in for the following Monday because I have an event coming up. Arriving promptly at 7 am, the job was finished by 9:30. My home is 3 stories high, so not that easy to do. What a find this company was!! The amount of working they did was amazing. Not only did they clean off my roof but they shoveled the path to the propane tank and the generator!! And they are coming back to clean up around the windows! And did I mention that I got same day service!!! I am so pleased with the work performed and the young man who owns the company is SO polite to work with!! Am I gushing too much? I think not!! The call back was immediate, as was the estimate and scheduling. Austin showed up 15 minutes early and took the time to walk around my property and explain how they work and what the results would be.
They did both my house and garage, roofs and buildings. They sparkle!! What impressed me big time was that they were literally finished and packing up when Austin decided the garage roof wasn't up to his standard. They unpacked what was needed and did it again!
