Accountable Exteriors did a great job with my aunt's house late this past year when she needed to have some siding and windows replaced, due to a leak. They came out quickly and produced a bid within a week. They guy that produced the bid was very nice, as he listened to our input and took notes, and the bid incorporated everything we asked for.
The workers pulled the damaged wood out, put the new windows in, and then finished with a nice siding that matched her existing colors. We were very happy with the work and the clean-up. We couldn't even tell they had been there after they left. We definitely recommend Accountable Exteriors, and we will use them again for our next project!

Horrible experience. They told me it would take 8 days and it took 3 months. They ripped off my window sills that were supposed to stay in place. They boarded over my dryer vent. Once they got through the project there was a list of issues many pages long that took several rounds of effort to get them to finally fix.

Each time they came out it seemed they had a different set of guys there who didn't have context into what had been decided or done the day before.

Unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Poor quality work. Took them over 2 months for a very simple job. They don't communicate well with customers or amongst themselves. Omar is the absolute worst. He shows up on time, does an hour of work and then takes a hour and half lunch break. He is openly rude and insulting to customers.

I had accountable siding out as the subs for my siding, windows and trim on a new construction build. They did an outstanding job and everything was flush, level and looked great. They did such a bang up job I have them out on a rental house replacing all the windows. Again they are doing a great job and very pleased with the work. The windows they’re installing on my rental are effortless to slide back and forth and really seem quality. The price point was reasonable and they will be my go to for all window and siding jobs from here on out, and I will recommend them to friends, family and colleagues.

In 2.8 years of remodeling our beach farm house, we have done the majority ourselves due to incompetent, over priced contractors w/ little or no quality work. Kyle has done everything he's said he would so far. The work hasn't started yet but the professionalism we have experienced so far speaks volumes! So excited to see the finished project! I will update as we move forward with the new Hardyboard siding of our house.

Accountable siding was very easy to work, I told them when I wanted my project completed and they not only delivered but they finished faster then expected. The employee's were curious and friendly. Will definitely be using them again.

Kyle came to our first meeting with great ideas that we hadn't even considered, and was prepared with samples. The project was able to get started earlier than expected, the crew was the best I've seen in that they arrived early in the morning every day and were the most industrious and detail-oriented crew I've had to work on my house. They finished the project early but did not sacrifice quality. This isn't the least expensive company to work with, but the results were fantastic. In fact, we've hired them again for our next project.

I chose Accountable Siding from 5 contractors. Accountable offered the ColorPlus siding ( prepainted and baked in) with a follow up painter that matched the gutters, and painted the garage, and two entry doors and trim. They also installed two windows, and a back door. "The complete package". They even removed the fixtures and replaced them with new ones I supplied. The siding crew is fantastic. The quality of the work is terrific. They answered all my questions, and worked diligently to get the job done. The crew is a team and respectfulI highly recommend this contractor. The price was reasonable, no games. The picture doesn't do it justice.
