The service man at the house today was very attentive. He checked everything and then checked it twice. Very thorough and I'm happy with this work!

We have been with Abra Kadabra for a couple of years on their regular service plan. We are impressed with their communication, responsiveness, care, and knowledge! We used to have major wasp and boxelder issues every summer, but no longer. After being disappointed with a few companies prior to Abra Kadabra, we can honestly say they are the best at what they do! Shout out to Clark, he does such a great job :)

We have lived in our house for 30 years a few spiders and box elder bugs now and then but now we're finding mice droppings we have a split level home with a walkout basement our technician Leng educated us about different types of rodents I thought they were moles he said moles like to live in the dirt outside they're not inside a house rodent so we're back at mice he walked through our house and noticed 3 entry points and put out traps inside the house put three more traps outside also tomorrow he's coming back with a few more people to check for outside entries into our house of the mice he did spray the inside and outside of our house for spiders and box elder bugs and we walked with him and he explained everything to us in detail so far I'm really impressed when you have mice droppings in your kitchen drawers and something running across your ceiling in the bedroom basement cuz it's a suspended ceiling something's got to be done

Reggie was fantastic! He stopped by today for our preventative pest control service and was friendly, professional, and quick. He thoroughly inspected the exterior of our home and found high wasp activity near our grill and an active nest above the garage — both of which he took care of right away. He also added rodent bait stations as a preventative measure, knocked down spiderwebs, and treated the exterior foundation, windows, doors, and eaves with a product to help keep pests away. I really appreciated how efficient and informative he was, and I feel much more at ease knowing our home is protected. Thanks, Reggie!

Based on customer service they will absolutely get a five star for me. I had a situation at my property where I thought a service was completed in which I was billed for and I had a gentleman by the name of Jordan showed up on my property and I can tell you this guy is top-notch. Extremely friendly, highly ambitious and I can tell you His number one priority was the customer in the service in which this company provides. If you ever have an issue or you wanna switch to a reputable pest control service that is going to take you very serious and make you a priority is the way to go. He actually completed two of my properties yesterday because I had some concerns and he knocked them out of the park.

This was such an amazing experience! Abra Kadabra came out and helped us animal proof our solar panels. They were super easy to work with, got the job done quickly and the team was very helpful answering our million questions. Certainly will be coming back!

I contacted several companies regarding animal sounds above our office. Most didn't respond or stated it could be several days. Abra answered immediately and had someone out that day. Got on the roof and found the access points then printed out an estimate on the spot. The course of action took a few weeks (weather) of traps and repairing soffit with custom fabricated aluminum matching our trim. Communication was constant with text and email. The guys that came out were 5-star trained, and it showed! Highly recommend.

5 stars and the service has not yet been performed. Why? Their customer service for the west metro is the standard.

We had concerns about a possible bed bug infestation. Reginald came to look around our house and let us know it was a past infestation and there was no current problem. He also inspected our house for other possible pest infestations and showed us ways we could keep mice and other pests out. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Would contact again.

I'm sorry guys! As friendly as Alexander was and Robert was great when he came to my property, it should be company policy that you discuss potential costs of removing wildlife. I realize that every home is different and that many variables go into providing an estimate, however, I would NEVER have scheduled the inspection had I known that removal would be somewhere between $650 and well-over $800. THIS IS INSANELY AND OBSCENELY EXPENSIVE TO HAVE TWO LIVE TRAPS SET UP AND YOUR STAFF CHECK THE TRAPS TWICE. It is offensive to even consider that price. And it is not that money is not available - I heave plenty! It's the principle of the matter - the VALUE being received for the service. I am a veterinarian - I (today) borrowed two live traps from a rescue that I regularly work with, and I will set traps and relocate (not euthanize) this fellow/gal, myself. Good luck to you,

The gentleman who arrived this morning was very much the gentleman. He toured our home and surrounding area and explained what he was seeing with regard to our inquiry. He answered all our questions with a thorough explanation. Reggie then went to work on taking care of our rodent and insect problem. We are pleased with the service.

Fantastic company. Everyone was so helpful. Cleared up my wasp problem in 30 minutes. Because of it's odd location other places just said no. Will recommend Abbra Kadabra to everyone who has a pest or critter problem

The people who run the Abra Kadabra shop out of Mound need to post proper no parking signs in front of their business. My 16 year old accidentally parked in their lot Saturday afternoon, 5/31/25, as it was next to the spot he was going to meet friends for a couple hours. There were NO signs saying he couldn’t park in the lot. He returned a few hours later, before 5 pm the same day, and his truck was towed. No ticket. No warning. NO SIGNS!!! He and his group took plenty of photos to prove there were no signs saying not to park there. A family of 4 unrelated to us returned for their car in the same lot at the same time as my son and their vehicle was also towed!! The towing company brought the vehicles to their lot less than 5 miles away and charged almost $450 to get our son’s truck back. They said they’ve been telling the owners of Abra Kadabra that they need proper signage. My husband drove to Abra Kadabra’s lot on Sunday 6/1/25, and there were no signs saying people can’t park there. On Monday afternoon, finally, there were paper signs in the windows saying people cannot park there or they will be towed.
My husband called them today and lied to him, telling him they had signs up this weekend. They absolutely did not, and we have photos. They have no plans to reimburse us, and blew off my husband over the phone when he called to discuss with the owners.
Horrible customer service. Terrible company.

Dannielle is magic when it comes to dealing with pests. I have learned what to look for and now have an incredible team to call when I need them. Her involvement in local communities makes it evident Abra Kadabra goes above and beyond. Big fan!

Very nice people working here, front desk and technicians were all kind. Products used were not effective on our wasp problem we had. Tried to get technicians to come back out and remediate the problem and they canceled on us two times in a row over a 1.5 month window. Felt like after we got signed up for the monthly subscription we were dropped in priority to the bottom of the list. Never received treatment for ladybuds or stink bugs.

Our house was infested with mice! After calling Abra Kadabra, are mice were gone within one month. The text were great and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to everybody!

Abra kadabra is just the best! The work they do is just remarkable. It's almost like they have a bunch of wizards at their shop just casting pest be gone spells! The spell caster Dannielle definitely rolls crit 20s all day (nerdy D&D joke)!

Abra Kadabra Environmental Services mitigated our pest problems (mice and ants) after we moved into a new (to us) townhome. The employees are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them to others without hesitation.

Had them out in mid-July primarily to get rid of the mice in the house. It is now mid-October and we still have mice in the house. The bait they put in the basement killed some and now there is a horrible stench in the basement. We can’t use the tv room it is so bad. Now the mice have gotten into some bird seed stored in an upstairs kitchen cabinet. For the price they charge we expect better.

They called a couple days ago and asked me to take down my review until they had a chance to fix the problem. I said I'd update the review when they fixed the problem. Andy came out yesterday and looked for more places that the mice might be coming in and plugged those. They suggested a humidifier and Ozium spray to get rid of the smell. Ok, fine. Then I got a call today saying that their policy is to discontinue service with anyone who gives them a one star review. That "policy" is not in the contract and not communicated to the customer until they kick you off their service. So apparently rather than use the ratings and reviews on google to improve their service, they simply kick you off their service instead if they don't like your review. They said they'd refund my last monthly payment of $56 but nothing of the $2800 I'd already paid them for three months of service so far. If I could give a zero I would.

I was so excited to get rid of the ants in my yard! I paid the $180 for the first service, but after 2 weeks there was no change to my ant ridden yard. I really wanted to use Abra Kadabra as an ongoing solution to our ant problem. When I called to cancel the service they advised me that the price I paid is non-refundable. The rep that took my information initially never advised me of this. To say the least I’m disappointed because they made claims that they couldn’t fulfill. They didn’t even suggest that maybe the tech didn’t do their job, and let’s send out another person to try and treat your yard since you’ve already. Poor customer service to say the least.

Jason was fast, friendly, courteous and helpful! I appreciated the text heads up, the picture he sent of the source of our wasp problem (at least 7 nests under the deck!) and was really kind to our little pup who was a bit obnoxious upon his arrival. Very satisfied with the service and the company as a whole. Also shout out to Avery Jeska who was really pleasant to work with from start to finish - she is super professional and personable, I genuinely enjoyed working with her.

Squirrels in the attic? No problem! We found the perfect solution - a team of bug exterminators who are like squirrel whisperers, but with traps and a great sense of humor. They've squirreled the problem away, and I highly recommend them. Great customer service team as well.

Overall good experience. The technician, Mitch, was great at explaining what was happening, communicating with me directly via text and when it was apparent that the squirrels were still going in and out after the first attempt at trapping and sealing, he spent extra time figuring out the issue and he successfully was able to trap, remove and seal everything off.

The office/scheduling staff needs some improvement. Zero communication with them unless I initiated it and nagged them. Then nagging automated emails and texts saying I need to pay an invoice when the work hadn't been completed. Clear communication and setting expectations with your customers really needs some improvement.

We contacted Abra Kadabra's pest control team due to a stink bug issue. Fortunately, we managed to schedule an appointment with Corey promptly. He arrived and performed an exceptional job! Corey's extensive knowledge of pests and environmentally friendly control methods was immensely helpful. We can highly recommend Corey and his team from Abra Kadabra for their exemplary service and won’t hesitate to contact him in the future!

Huge shout out to Ike. Very friendly, respectful, and accommodating. He is such a valuable asset to this brand. Highly recommend due to him specifically. Give that man a raise!

Amazing service, we had an ant problem they came out the next day and by the following day we were ant free, I was expecting to have them for a least a few days after treatment for it to set in. Staff is very friendly and they are an easy company to work with and keep you up to date on everything going on.

We had a bird that flew into our dryer vent. Abra Kadabra was able to get someone sent over right away to help. Josh did a great job and was quick and efficient! Appreciate the help! Will contact again if needed!

They solved our rodent problem. Our home is in St. Paul metro. They continue to maintain exterior traps preventing any further problem. Efficient and knowledgable!

We contracted Abra Kadabra to come out to our house and spray our yard for mosquitoes and ticks. They came out 3-4 times last summer and treated our property, about 1 time per month. We were able to enjoy the outdoors all summer long bug free! Excellent job and value! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing company! Having mice and hosting Christmas is never a good combination. They were able to come out the next day, inspected my house thoroughly to find where they were getting in and most importantly set humane traps so I wasn’t poisoning my animals, children or neighborhood birds of prey. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again when the need arises.

Abra Kadabra Environmental Services has been wonderful to work with. They are professional and very responsive. We had a woodpecker destroying our house. Abra Kadabra sprayed the house in case there were insects, hung laser cut deterrence, and repaired the damage. I'm posting before and after photos of one of the damaged areas. Zack went above and beyond doing the repair.
They will return if you are not satisfied.

i had an infestation of red squirrels in an attachment to my garage . They migrated into the garage rafters and made a mess with walnut shells dragged from the neighbor's tree. The person who did an evaluation was courteous and understanding. The technician was great. He mounted live traps and checked them weekly. He sealed up a lot of openings and patched spots on the roof where the squirrels had chewed. He was always on time and polite and willing to answer all questions. Overall a good experience given the nature of the need. I would like to have had a longer period for the live traps. In the end, i applied a lot of squirrel repellant on my own and cleaned up the walnut shells. They seem to have moved on to greener pastures.

I recommend Abra all the time on social media. I feel that not only do they do their job well, but they are a small business with integrity. I am very happy with their service.

I had mice. They captured over 30 and found the hole they were coming into the house. They patched up the hole. They came several times a week to change the traps. They “know” their business and how to correct the problem. I highly recommend them!
