I cannot recommend Aaron & Co enough! As professional, kind, communicative, hardworking, and high quality as it gets in the construction world! We used Aaron for a complete bungalow remodel in downtown Charlottesville that was built in 1900. We had absolutely no idea what we were getting ourselves into with this project and there is absolutely no way we could have done it without Aaron. From our very first meeting to our very last - Aaron was the absolute best and most communicative professional we have ever dealt with. We ran into constant hiccups with a project of this magnitude, not knowing what surprises would await us as we ripped things up...Aaron and his team handled everything beautifully and made what would have been major roadblocks feel like small little bumps in the road. He predicted things before they happened and made sure we were totally prepared and up to speed every single step of the way. I would text him at 9:00 on Saturday night, I had a response at 9:02. The final product exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait until our next project with Aaron! There is no one better.

Aaron was very upfront about the cost of our project from day one. We received a few quotes and his company offered the best overall package (quality and customer service). There was about a little over a year from when we got the quote to when we started the project but that didn’t matter. Aaron remembered us and our project. We hired them to replace all of our quest plumbing in the house along with remodeling all three of our bathrooms (master , guest and powder room). In the middle of the project we added the backsplash to the kitchen along with painting of our master bedroom. We were very hesitant to start this project in June 2020 during the pandemic but Aaron made us feel safe on how his team was being proactive about health and safety.
Throughout the project Aaron personally kept us updated and was very transparent about delays on some of our materials and/or appointments. As a customer with prior experience in construction, Aaron was very accurate on giving us a realistic timeline and weekly goals. We never felt lost or uneasy about the pending status. Our project had a few setbacks and design changes but Aaron and his team were right there to help us through it all even with our toddler running around the house. Adrian is an expert tiler and Aaron was right that he would help us with our tile and grout selections. We are so thankful for his expertise and he made all of our rooms shine. All of the team that worked on our house were very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to work with all of them. The whole team worked so hard and were always there to help answer any questions or concerns.
Aaron is a true carpenter, designer and hard working and honest businessman. He steered us away from some options that would have had a very low return of investment. We were impressed with his expertise and in depth knowledge of design as well as carpentry. He also would personally stop by to check on our project weekly to see how things were coming along. Not all business owners do this and that made us feel valued as a customer and not feel like we were just another invoice.
We were so impressed with the final project and thrilled with how it turned out, that we plan to hire Aaron again for future projects.
