A TO Z Improvements

Shane is the most professional contractor I have ever interacted with for a job. From the first time calling him to the time he left my property he was 100% sincere with everything he did. We requested to put on a new roof on a shed and fix a rotted floor. He recommended putting some extra TLC into the shed including siding and some other work. We didn’t think it was possible due to the age of the shed. When he hit some roadblocks with extra issues dealing with the project, he kept his cool. He even worked in a non-shaded area, with a heat index over 110 degrees with no breaks. His employee had the same mentality and I could see his dedication as well. He was younger in age, but Shane educated him along the way. I could tell he was helping to shape the next generation of contractors. Shane was trying to put the love of the work back into the job rather than just completing the work. He told us the new problems we didn’t know about and quickly addressed them. He didnt get upset by me asking questions and even gave detailed answers to my questions. If you want a person who shows the ability and love of his work, hire this company. I felt as if I hired a family member even though we never met before since he truly took ownership of his work. His prices are beyond reasonable and he doesn’t charge for an extra screw or a random material other contractors charge customers. He is truly the old fashion worker your grandparents tell you about from back in the day. When I discussed future jobs with him he gladly said he would handle it. No job is too big or small for Shane. If someone would ask if I would hire him back, I would say 100%. He even warranties his work for years and you can’t beat it.

Shane from A to Z Improvements did an amazing job on my project. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. His attention to detail stood out from start to finish. Everything was done carefully and came out exactly how I wanted it. On top of that, his prices were super reasonable, especially for the quality of work he delivered. He’s also quick to respond and very easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. And just like his motto says, “from roof to basement and everything in between,” he really can handle it all. I’ll definitely be having him back for more work in the future. Highly recommend!
