Within an hour after posting this review, I received a call from the owner, who I had not previously dealt with. He was very apologetic for all of the issues and offered to do whatever necessary to correct the situation. Another service call was scheduled to fix the attic access hatch. The service guy also took care of an issue that I hadn't discovered until after speaking with the owner where the batting around the attic fan was causing problems with the fan blade. Much better experience this time around. It's just unfortunate that I had to go through this much effort to finally get quality service and the job done right. Rating increased from 3 to 4 stars because of the owner's willingness to make everything right.

Hired Insulation Pros to add blown-in insulation to my attic. Installation crew left a mud stain on my carpet and black fingerprints all over my attic access hatch. Job was left incomplete as they did not properly batt around my attic fan. I immediately reached out to the sales person, and we was very apologetic, however, it took over a month for a crew to return to finish the job - and this was only after I received a call attempting to collect the balance due on the job. And I still had a mess to clean up of chunks of insulation that fell through the attic fan vents for several uses after the job was done.

Steve came out to bid the job on time and was very helpful in deciding how to proceed. Chris and Josh, the installers were friendly, on time, careful with my home (my attic access is in the Master Bedroom closet) and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and am looking forward to the energy savings!

I received a quote for them to insulate the attic above my house and garage. When the technicians arrived, they decided that they couldn't properly insulate the garage, so they didn't, but they left it on the invoice. My attic fan has never worked properly after their work and insulation continues to rain into my hallway and basement whenever I try to use the attic fan. While trying to repair their work around the attic fan the first time, they cracked the access panel to my attic and made no attempt to replace or repair it. I ended up fixing it myself. After several complaints, they did finally remove the cost of the garage insulation from my quote since they didn't do that work but I should not have had to inspect their work myself to discover that they had billed me for work they didn't do. The only good thing is that my electric bills are slightly lower in the summer but I would prefer to be able to use my attic fan in the spring and fall.

Dominic came out today. He was super professional and had great communication. We ended up not having any insulation problems or needs after all and he was very honest about it - didn’t try to “sell” us something that we didn’t need or wouldn’t really work. I appreciate that tremendously! I would definitely recommend contacting this company to discuss your insulation needs!

Wonderful company. They came out and explained the options for insulating our garage and crawl space at our lake house. The price was fair and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thrilled with my service with insulation pros! The estimate came in quickly, the price was fair, the work was super professional. The workers did a great job, really quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be more happy or reccomend them highly enough!

They blew additional insulation in our 50+ year old home. It helped tremendously with the utility bill and was a good selling point to the buyers! They did an awesome job! Would use them again for sure!

I had them insulate my main house. They did a great job and were very friendly. I liked them so much I had them do my guest house as well.
