I just had to pay $10k to have this redone correctly. I appreciate that Tom had a quick response time but fast is not always better. I had to wait weeks for a quality roofing company to come and do the job right. They replaced 4 layers of roofing from previous band-aid solutions. . . I only ever wanted the job done right. I'm changing my rating to a 2 star.

They were referred to us. We hired them to replace our roof. They were great. Roof looks perfect. They were on time and worked hard until job was done. They were all pleasant to talk to. We will use them again.

A-Tec was very responsive when I lost siding in a recent storm. They came out and secured the exposed area from any additional water damage within 24 hours. They continued to assist me in negotiating with my insurance company who were dragging their feet at agreeing to cover the cost of replacing my siding. They were successful with convincing my insurance carrier to cover the cost of replacing the siding for my entire house. The work crew that installed my new siding was very efficient with their work while working in insufferable heat. They completed the job on a timely basis. They truly stepped up and met my expectations. I would have no problem using their services again.*** amended 9/18/22*** The service just keeping better. My insurance company initially rejected my claim concerning roof damage. Tom came out to meet them on the second review and gave the insurance company an education. My claim was approved and the new roof was installed yesterday. The A-TEC crew was great. The roof looks great and the crew was very efficient. I’m fortunate that I found Tom and A-TEC when I first had my problem. I highly recommend their services.

I have used Tom's services on multiple house over the last couple of decades. He has worked on everything from a clay tile roof to typical shingles. He has performed two complete reroofs plus repairs on two different houses. He has installed copper gutters for me on an existing tile roof, not an easy job. He has done multiple repair projects to flashings, roof etc.

When we did the last reroof Tom suggest some modifications to the project that greatly improved the look of the final project rather than just doing a cookie cutter approach.

Tom knows his trade, he is honest and he stands behind his work. I recently purchased a home and knew it will need a roof in a few years and I won't call anyone else. You can't go wrong using ATEC and Tom.

Last spring I had a section of gutter that was hanging creating major disruption of proper water flow. Tom came out immediately and fixed the issue promptly. Tom is an energetic guy that is eager to help!

Tom and his crew did a roof,gutters, and siding on home. I got an estimate for the total job and everything went just as explained.

I was looking forward to working with Tom even though his quote was almost double the other quotes I received. He sold me on his commitment to quality and maintaining his reputation.

A section of a corner post of siding needed to be replaced and that's what we agreed on.

After the section was replaced it looked like there was gap where the old and new corner pieces met. Tom assured me it was flush so I paid $790 for the replacement of a 10' section of corner post.

After having the work inspected, It was confirmed a gap existed because the 10' section that was replaced was a different style than the 4' section that was not replaced.

I reached out to Tom because he was not honest about the gap and let him know the issue could have been avoided by replacing the other 4' when it is determined the pieces didn't fit together properly.

Tom's only solution was to charge me an additional $225 to replace the 4' section.

Tom runs an excellent business. We had our roof repaired by A-Tec and we couldn't be happier with the work that was done!

Tom is very personable and knowledgeable. He will answer any questions that you have and make sure you understand completely.

A-tec used the best quality shingles in the industry at the best value. The job was completed like a well oiled machine. Each person working knew their job, how and when to do it, very professional. A-tec arrived at every scheduled appointment and installation on time or earlier. My roof was installed in one day with a more than ample crew. I highly recommend A-tec Roofing.

Reached out to Tom about getting my roof replaced. He came out the next day and provided a quote. I received several other quotes after that and none even came close to his price. Once I accepted the offer my new roof was replaced 4 days later (would have been 2 of the weather was nicer) Started the tare off at 7:30am and they were completely finished by 4:30/5
