Nobody wants their furnace to be down when it's 20 degrees outside -- especially when parts are in short supply and techs are slammed with many RVers needing service.

Joel got to us as quickly as possible and took the time to explain exactly what our problem was on our motorhome's furnace. He was able to fix our problem quickly and have us back up and running within a short period of time.

We are impressed with his knowledge, patience, and professionalism and will definitely call him again, if we have any other issues while we're in town.

Hiring Joel was a huge mistake.

He got our money and now has been dodging calls for two weeks leaving us with two half-installed A/C units on our roof. Even worse, he has half the parts we already paid him for so it’s not like I can finish it myself or hire someone else.

He acts like he is your friend and looking out for you, but his actions make it clear he is insincere.

He is never on time If he even shows up at all.

I really wanted to give the guy a good review but god in heaven, dealing with him has been a non stop headache and now we are out $3,000 for a half finished job and 0 communication from him.

Could not imagine a worse experience.

If you value your time, sanity, and money, go somewhere else.

Joel saved my family’s vacation. A tire shredded and we lost our hub/brakes due to poor bearing grease, and nearly wrecked. He came out to the middle of nowhere to get us up and running, and even taught me how to properly maintain in the future. All within 24 hours of being stranded. He is a good man, and we will be forever in his debt.

If we had read the reviews before we took our motorhome we would of ran the other way, but I guess you live and learn. We needed our brakes fixed and he said he could do it and take a couple of days. Rotors were warped and he said he had to order parts and they would take 3 days to get in. We could of bought the parts at Napa that day but he assured us he could order them. Long story short , he will not return calls or texts. We went to pick it up several times and he assured us it would be fixed quickly. Gave him deposit thru PayPal. When he finally said he fixed them he was to give us an invoice and refund what was due us , said he would email invoice and give us credit on our card. We waited all the next day and nothing, wouldn't answer calls or texts. Finally text him and said if we did not hear from him we would be forced to call our CC and PayPal which we ended up doing. And our CC gave us our credit. Also he said he checked back brakes and greased which he did but had broke the cap off where you grease and stuck it back on broken. We ended up having to get another cap and fix the brake shoes on tag axle that he said was ok.

We paid for a awning and supplies to fix the roof. Said it would be done in about two weeks. One month plus almost two weeks later, he finally fixed the roof, but we never got the awning . My husband finally went out to get our camper and that Jaker said he was “done” with us and accused my husband of threatening his wife. And we will be taking him to court.
This Jaker had a ton of excuses and sob stories every time we went out to check on the progress of our camper. He made no effort to contact us or take our calls.
He was very animate about keeping his five star rating but never followed through with his promises.

Joel did nothing we had a contract for. I paid for a hot water tank, plumbing repair, an inverter and electric upgrade. Kept my Airstream trailer for four months, kept putting me off telling me he needed more time. Hundreds of sob stories later. I go to pick it up and nothing’s done, with more promises that he would come to my home and finish it. When he didn’t show up my husband went back and asked for the parts we paid for. He doesn’t have it. Won’t answer my texts or phone calls. I am taking him to court! Update: (spoke to them and they are wanting to make it right, if so I will change my review) HE NEVER MADE IT RIGHT! . Beware of this business.

I wish I had the same guy that everyone else who is leaving reviews is raving about. I had Joel winterize my camper last fall and it went ok, a bit expensive but I needed it done. To de-winterize it has taken almost two months, lots of empty promises that he would be there that week, next day, etc only to get further excuses and in the end stopped even responding. He took my battery last fall and now I not only had to take my camper back to the dealership to fix things but I had to buy a new battery for $120 since Joel stole mine and now won't even return a text, call or message back to me. Totally disappointed and would not recommend and I know I won''t be going back to him for anything with my camper.

Full of optimism, I contacted this company for repairs solely on their reviews and rating. I was sadly and very costly in my error.
1st he kept it for over a month claiming to be dumbfounded by the problem. He claimed to have fried 3 main boards trying to figure it out. Then he claimed to have to call in his "certified electrition" who couldnt be more than 21 yrs old to help him with the job. I get a call that was CLEARLY staged of him talking back and forth with said electrition yelling back and forth to each other, "LINE 1, CHECK, LINE 2 , CHECK,.........and so forth. He sold us an outdated 200 amp service for our home claiming it was what we needed when all the while knowing it was outdated. Discussed several different types of drugs he readily did daily and sought a ride to the store and pity from us because of strife brought by out of town family over previously stated adictions, and charged us 1500.00 for the job he did and re did twoce more due to his own shortcomings. And now wont even give us a reciept for the job or return my calls. Would I hire this guy again? NOT ON A BET!!!

Joel is the best!! Good hearted, truly cares about his customers and their safety & well being when it comes to his work. Thorough job! Would totally recommend him!

Keeper when needed we will be back for all of our trailer needs

i had purchased a trailer with tar on the roof and leaks had caused wall damage he made the repairs and put on a new roof awesome work great price and a wonderful person to deal with I will definitely keep his number for all of my camper needs
