I found Jordan to be efficient with the house inspection. Not only did he take the time to look everything over and take pictures and videos, he sat with us and explained what he had found. He gave us his opinions and answered all our questions.
We were thankful he was available when we requested HI-OZ to perform the inspection.

We recently used HI-OZ for a home inspection in Bella Vista, AR, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The inspector Jordan was incredibly thorough. Don't buy a house until Joey inspects it and tells you all of the pitfalls and the things that don't work and need repair. He also will indicate the things that don't need repair. Called Joey to check out hail damage on my roof. He arrived when he said he would got up on my roof to check it out after 10 minutes he asked me for a broom and without me asking him to he swept all the leaves out of the valleys and gutters . Got down off roof. Showed me some pictures of my roof and told me everything was fine not to worry about it. No hail damage. These guys Go the extra mile to help their customers can’t praise them enough great people

Joey and Jordan did a thorough, timely, and professional job. They were punctual and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Sometimes a video of a problem made it a little easier to grasp what the specific problem was--as compared to a mere photo.

IMHO, very good experience and should be how inspections can be done. They use a software platform that makes the entire process super easy to schedule, pay and review inspection report. Inspection report was very detailed and captured the information I needed to walk away from a home that had a lot of hidden issues. The ability to create a repair list for contractors was a great feature to be able to easily identify the expected repair costs if I had purchased the home. Really impressed.

Update 6/7/2023: We called on Joey again to inspect another prospective purchase. As usual, he was on time, thorough, and answered our questions. His report gave us valuable insight that highlighted the areas of the property that were well constructed and operating properly, and some areas that need attention. He has become a valuable resource whose work helps us make informed decisions on our investments.

Update 6/15/2023: Another property inspection Joey completed that gave us a clear picture about the condition of the property. Joey addresses all issues using a hierarchical approach -- critical/safety, maintenance, cosmetic, and future potential issues. He lays it all out so my wife and I can make informed investment decisions. This guy is the best.

We had a fantastic experience with Joey. He was easy to get a hold of, very professional and polite and did a very through inspection of our home. The inspection report was thorough and clear and included helpful pictures and videos. Afterwards, he called me to ask if I had any questions and went through what he saw with me on the phone. It was also convenient to access everything from the report to invoice on the online portal. Definitely would recommend him for a home inspector!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Jordon now twice. I recommend them totally. For all your needs with a home inspection.

After performing inspection on my property, the breaker was left in the off position that controls the furnace.
He and his son jordan, were the last people at the property.
Upon my return, I discovered water gushing out the front of the house and water lines had burst in 2 bathrooms.
He denied fault and blamed it on the breaker tripping. I did my due diligence before pointing fingers and hired an hvac technician to diagnose the unit to see what may have caused the breaker to trip even though it had manually been turned off. The technician was there for about 3 hours running tests, checking contacts, manually over riding the system to run heat strips to simulate extreme cold temps...nothing made the breaker trip...... I paid for a service... second time hiring them because they're typically good and thorough. Due to their negligence and denial of any fault of their own, lying to the insurance company, I ended up thousands out of pocket. If integrity and honesty, and character matter to you I would hire someone else.
