This company gave us the best estimate to re-roof our townhouse little complex. Although we are only 10 units, our townhouses are multi-level and each is unique and different from the others. This is reflected in the roofing, with multiple little roof sections. So it was possibly a little more challenging than most roofs.
They gave us an estimate of a month to complete the job, but in fact it took them 12 days from start to finish. Excellent work too, the roof looks beautiful and professionally installed.
right after they were done, we had those torrential rains that knocked the power completely off in the entire island. So we tested the job, and there was absolutely no leaks, no problems, the roof stood the storm without a itch.
The workers were very professional and respectful of the owners. They would clean up every day before leaving, so that you could not even tell that the roof was being replaced.
We didnt know this company, we chose them because their proposal was the best. And it turns out this was the best choice we could have made, with their fast, clean, and professional work.
JP is the boss and he is very easy to deal with, follows through with the deadlines he promises, he comes when he says he will, and in the end did not charge any extras for any unexpected occurrences. He charged only what he had in the proposal we accepted, not a cent more.
