A-1 Roofing & Insulation Systems

I really enjoy working with A-1 Roofing. They come with years of experience and great communication skills to answer all your questions. They work hard to ensure the finished product is done right. It’s nice to work with a company that cares about and loves the work they do.

I bought the nursing home when it was closed here in Armour S.D. to put appts.and a daycare in the facility. The roof was in poor condition as the people selling me the facility were aware of and even shared with me what they had been quoted. As soon as I closed on the facility I contacted A1 roofing in Platte S.D. to look at the roof for me as I had them do work for me about 12 years ago and was pleased with the work they did for me then and how well it held up! At first they didn’t think they would be able to work it in their schedule but with some pleading on my part they agreed to work it in as they could and did!!! A-1 Roofing put a new foam roof over my existing metal roof on my grocery/hardware store. This resolved all the issues I was having on my 40 year old metal roof. It stopped the condensation on the metal beams and I no longer have any leaks which were bad when ice jams would build up in gutters during freeze/thaw. Not to mention the lower heating & cooling costs of the building. I only wish I had done it sooner! They did great work and were great to work with. They continue to follow up yearly climbing on the roof and inspecting.
