Can't say enough positive words about our experience with USA Roofing and the two individuals we worked with during our insurance claim. Shane "Sully" was easy to communicate with and came right over. When all of his crews were to busy with other jobs he personally came over and grabbed a couple window screens and got them repaired. Ben Steen and Sully both advocated for us with the insurance company.

I worked with Shane at USA Roofing LLC to get an opinion regarding a skylight in the house I was purchasing in August. He provided concise advice and immediately worked on getting a replacement skylight ordered to replace the one installed. Communication was a 10/5! Absolutely knocking it out of the park!!

Fast forward to when the skylight came in and the date for installation. Omar was extremely knowledgeable and efficient at what he does. The old window was out and the new one in in less than 2 hours! The crew asked me to help with lining up the skylight (directing them from inside) then they fully flashed and finalized the install. My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything went!

If I could, I would give USA Roofing LLC a 10 out of 5 stars. They truly knocked it out of the park.

Shane at USA roofing was great to work with. I needed my roof done quickly, and they were able to complete it within 1 week of signing contract. Their crew was fairly big and very efficient, which allowed for a quick completion in less than a day. Looks great, cleanup was outstanding! Very pleased.

This company really blew my inlaws away with a great experience. They were timely in their response time upon initial contact. They not only fixed the problem my father-in-law called about but found some other issuses and also took care of them. Their price point was very reasonable. The customer service was friendly and polite. The cleaning crew got everyhing tidied up like they were never there. Would recommend to everyone. If we need them during during hail storm season we will be using them.

I just want to say that the crew of USA Roofing sent were professional and efficient. They worked hard and their clean up was exceptional. He worked with my insurance company so I did not have to and he set everything up. His installation crew was professional, quick, and did top-notch work. His finishing crew that worked on my windows went the extra mile to fix some problems with one of my windows so the wrap looked good. I would recommend USA roofing to anyone!

Shane took care of all our hail storm damages; roof, siding, windows, and more! He worked directly with our insurance adjuster to make sure we were getting the best quality of materials and not just accepting the low ball amounts that the insurance company originally was hoping we’d settled for. When it came time to install the roof, the crew did a fantastic job and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. I hope we aren’t hit with severe hail anytime soon, but if we are, I know I’ll be calling Shane at USA Roofing to help us again!

We just purchased a house and were dealing with the sellers insurance to replace the hail damaged roof, USA responded to our needs and kept us informed as we wanted to upgrade to Class 4 Hail roof. Two other companies were either unresponsive or made numerous changes to their quotes, USA took care of us and installed our new roof quickly after they received the materials from their supplier and the roof looks great!

This is our second time using them for hail damage to our home. Their customer service is terrific. They help you navigate with insurance as well. I would highly recommend them.

Our roof was replaced in 2019 by the sellers of our house as a condition of the sale. With all the wind and blizzards we've had this winter, snow was able to get into the venting in our attic and caused 2 leaks in the ceilings. Within a week of calling, a crew was sent out to replace our ridge vent (at no cost to us) to make sure no more snow is able to get in and hopefully prevent any future leaks. The owner was super helpful and obviously takes a lot of pride in his business.
